Terrific stay at the Bryant Park Hotel during a fantastic weekend in NYC. With a family member who lives in the city, we are there a bunch. This was our first time at the BPH, and it won’t be our last. We were particularly grateful for the staff. From the team at the door through the front desk and housekeeping teams, the service was on point. Julio, BK, and Patrick were particularly helpful. We stayed in a two-queen room on a high floor, and it was superb. The high ceilings and multiple windows made it light and airy, and the bathroom was huge by NYC standards. All in all, a tremendous property that will absolutely see us stay there during future visits. We’re especially interested in the lobby after the renovations are complete.

This hotel has it all, incredibly nice rooms, awesome views, and a great location. But the standout feature is the staff. Every one of them have been the most genuinely helpful and nice people, and you really feel taken care of. As highly rated as this hotel is, it does not disappoint!

Excellent stay. Great location, easy walk to all the midtown sights and less than 5 minute walk to subway. Room was large, clean, comfortable and modern. What made the hotel stand out, though, was the staff. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and genuinely cared about making our experience flawless. Especially want to recognize front desk gentleman John C who was outstanding and accommodating and went over and beyond to help us and make our trip as special as possible.

We reserved a block of rooms to accommodate family, friends, and my daughter and soon to be husband for their weekend wedding celebration. I cannot say how grateful we all were to the staff regarding the quality of services they offered. From the pre wedding night celebration at the hotel's lounge, Celon, which is magnificent, to every inquiry and request being met during our stay. In addition, the staff provided these services with genuine happiness to accommodate our every request. From additional napkins and forks in the room to providing the time of a parade that was to happen on Sunday. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless. I have never stayed at a hotel so clean with elegantly appointed rooms. The comfort offered in the rooms was unparalleled. From the bedding, bathroom amenities, and water pressure. The location of the hotel is perfect too! Centered in midtown, overlooking Bryant Park. The fitness center was similarly spotless and well maintained with all the necessary equipment for a good workout. In sum, our stay was amazing. The most helpful staff ever, clean beyond compare, and beautifully decorated. They were redoing the lobby which did not interfere one bit with our celebratory weekend. I was also shown pictures of what the new lobby would look like as was proudly displayed by the hotel manager. While preparing for a wedding is a stressful event staying at The Bryant Park Hotel provided a much needed respite. Amazing stay!!!!

This was my second stay and came back because of Jo. She is such a generous soul and made my hotel stay feel safe and extra special. The entire staff was fantastic and welcoming. My room (909) was huge (living room and separate bedroom) and freshly redone. The view of Bryant Park and the gorgeous trees was picturesque. Cannot wait to see the lobby renovation complete. The location is great...walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Saks Fifth Avenue to name a few. This will be my home whenever visiting New York City. See you all again for sure.
