The Bryant Park Hotel

I stayed here for a work conference because it was perfect, and I’d rather be a bit out of Times Square, where the conference was. I’ve stayed here before for a quick trip to New York, and it’s always reassuring to see that the hotel has kept its quality up over the years, with some nice updates to the rooms. The check-in was smooth, and the staff at the restaurant on the lower floor were friendly and quick. The food options aren’t huge, but they’re consistent with the hotel’s size. They also have grab-and-go items near the elevator in the morning. If you’re looking for easy access to 5th and Madison Avenue shopping and restaurants, this is the place to be that is cost effective. Bryant Park is always buzzing with events, and Whole Foods is close by if you need to pick up groceries.

We stayed in the hotel for four nights and everything was more than what I expected. The room is clean and it’s modern so I really love it. The location is also perfect because it’s not so busy and crowded outside the hotel but you are still in the middle of every touristy spots you wanted to go to. The staff are also friendly especially Shannen who has been so consistent and helpful from the moment we check in till we leave the hotel. Everyone is just so accomodating. We would definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to family and friends. You get what you pay for and that’s what I love. It’s the comfort, view, people and the atmosphere that will keep you coming back.

I booked a room at the Bryant Park Hotel with plans to propose to my girlfriend at the hotel. I originally chose this hotel because of its location (1 step from Bryant Park, a few blocks from Grand Central, and a few blocks from Time Square). I knew I would be getting a great room, at great value, with a great location; but what I didn't know I would be getting was the unmatched hospitality/service that I received. This is what truly sets them apart. Everyone from the front desk to the doorman/bell hop, to the housekeepers, to the management (seriously everyone!) knew of my proposal plan and were genuinely so excited and really took it personally to see that my proposal plans were a success. You can tell that they really cared! I would recommend this place 10/10 times. Anyone can have great rooms and a great location, but having a team that really goes above and beyond for their guests is what separates the best from the rest. Great job Jo and Siobhan! My family stayed here for 4 night's just before Xmas, we stayed in one of the suites overlooking the Park. Although not cheap, this was such a magical experience from start to finish and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff we had interactions with were all genuinely lovely, didn't feel forced at all which is what you sometimes experience with other Hotels. For a special treat we'd definitely stay here again, wonderful!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient. The front desk manager, Shannen, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
