The Bryant Park Hotel

The hotel’s location was excellent – everything was within easy walking distance, and public transport connections were very convenient. The room was spacious, renovated, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable: a large king-size with an excellent mattress that ensured a great night’s sleep. The room’s lighting was also excellent, offering many options and creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with both a shower and a bathtub, adding extra comfort. However, the slippers that were supposed to be included were missing, and although soap was provided, there was no place to put it. These were small but noticeable details. Soundproofing could have been better – the windows were not fully soundproof, and due to street noise had to use earplugs, although this is understandable given the central location. The door also didn’t block hallway sounds completely, and some noise from the corridor could occasionally be heard, though overall it was quiet. Breakfast consisted of coffee and mini muffins – a nice touch, but with a very limited selection. I would have preferred either in-room coffee-making facilities or a more substantial breakfast. Complimentary bottled water was available at the reception, which was appreciated. The service was polite and smooth, and luggage storage after check-out was very helpful. The view from the room was lovely, so I highly recommend choosing a room with a view. Unfortunately, our pre-confirmed request for a higher-floor room wasn’t fulfilled. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay: a comfortable room, an excellent location, and everything needed for an enjoyable city break. A great opportunity, especially in the winter months, was for guests to go ice-skating right outside the hotel. We were very satisfied with the stay and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort and a pleasant experience in the city.

My husband and I enjoyed our Bryant Park experience from beginning to end! The stay was short, just one night, but very sweet, beginning at the front desk where we were warmly greeted by Jo. The hotel was quiet, our room was clean and the location was great. We walked the whole 2.5 miles to our show at the Beacon Theatre (and back), walked to the MoMA, up 5th Avenue to Central Park. We enjoyed seeing glimpses of the city and always felt safe.

She made check-in effortless and set the tone for a truly wonderful stay. Before our arrival, Shelton in reservations went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. His attention to detail and quick, friendly communication made planning our trip completely stress-free. One of the highlights of our visit was the hotel’s fabulous bar. Not only is the atmosphere incredible, but our server, Taylor, made the experience unforgettable. Taylor was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—everything you could want in great service. Overall, the Bryant Park Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks to the outstanding staff—especially Josephine, Shelton, and Taylor—we can’t wait to return!

The personalized customer service exceeded all expectations.The location is exceptional, and the breathtaking views made the experience truly unforgettable. There are personal touches such as earplugs and a sound machine for outdoor noise. Our suite was very quiet and overlooked the park and NYC public library. We were able to watch ice skating! Housekeeping was excellent and left us fresh towels and cleaned our room daily. Loved the Molten Brown toiletries. The robes and house shoes were such a nice touch as well. Special shout out and thank you to these precious folks… Shannen, Alyssa, Jo, Scott,Dwight, Shelton, Todd, Georgie, Brooke, and the always smiling Richard. I would have every one of these sweet people in our home. We were sad to leave them. Thank you again for a special anniversary holiday. We spent 7 days here and will be back.

What an amazing Thanksgiving experience, by far the BEST hotel in NYC! The Bryant Park is and has been our go-to hotel in NYC. The location is perfect. You walk out the door and are literally in Bryant Park. The rooms are all new and renovated. The staff is incredible, and management goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience while at the Bryant Park. Siobhan and Joan always greet you with a heartfelt smile and make you feel like family.
