The Bryant Park Hotel

This was our second week long stay at The Bryant Park Hotel. Our visit last October (2025) was so wonderful that we decided to return for another week this month - August (2026). The Hotel had a lot to live up to after our previous stay and it did in all regards. Our room was well appointed - and by NYC standards - spacious and quiet. The view of the city and the park from our room was beautiful. The central location of the hotel made all of our adventures around the city easy. And of course, the staff is what really takes this hotel over the top. Starting with Siobhan. She has built a team that is both professional and personable. Lobby renovations were underway during our stay and the staff, including Shiobhan herself, went out of their ways to accommodate guests and ease the inconvenience. They are very responsive and seem to have autonomy to serve guests and not just "stay in their lanes." One night my wife and I wanted hot tea before bed. Scott surprised us by arranging complimentary tea service being sent to our room. Scott also took an exceptional amount of time to answer our questions about the history of the hotel and when we asked for a tour of parts of the hotel, he was very accommodating. Lastly - a team member answers the phone when you call instead of a recording. We like to arrange our reservations directly with Sheldon instead of simply doing so online. He has always been helpful in arranging our stays. So that is why The Bryant Park Hotel gets a five-star rating.

The Bryant Park Hotel was amazing! The location cannot be beat and our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. They were updating the lobby when we were there so it was a construction zone but once it's complete, it will be amazing. The staff was all super friendly and helpful, especially Jo Kinsella. She feels like a friend and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Team Bryant Park Hotel is Awesome! Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful! It was our ten-year old Little Man's first time in The City and he is a huge King Kong Fan. The Team left some King Kong goodies in our room before our arrival, and he was smiling ear-to-ear! When we went to the Empire State Building, he kept saying, "I can't believe that I'm actually here!" Big kudos to Patrick! Because of a parade that was happening, he met us with the luggage cart five blocks from the Hotel! Thank you so much and we can't wait to return! Rob J

We had a great experience at the Bryant Park Hotel! The staff is outstanding - they were so attentive and genuinely friendly. Our room was very attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa-like bathroom. The midtown location is convenient. And what a refreshing bonus - just across the street - strolling in Bryant Park before breakfast and after dinner.

Fantastic experience here. Service was next level. Siobhan, the general manager, and her whole staff, particularly Josephine and Scott at the front desk were above and beyond helpful, professional and competent. Every request we made was dealt with immediately, and professionally. Our room, and everywhere we went in the hotel, was extremely clean and well thought out. Our room had a beautiful view of Bryant park and the NYC skyline. We highly recommend. We are looking forward to staying here again!
