Room was small but very clean , with a beautiful view on bryant park. Staff was really great, satisfying all the requests we had. Only thing i would improved is breakfast even though there were muffins and coffee for free in the morning, All in all, fantastic stay. Location of the hotel is perfect for whom visit New York for the first time

What a gem in the heart of Manhattan, close to everything. Beautiful boutique hotel with stunning views of Bryant Park. Super nice people emphasizing service and elegance. Small touches like our room having fresh roses, made our stay special.

This is a lovely, continental style park near Times Square. Lovely restaurants and generally some good performing artistes. There was a jazz group one evening I strolled through. These concerts are free. Lovely atmosphere day and night as you'll see from photos'.

This remains one of my top two favorite hotels of all the the places I have traveled to in the world — Asia, the US, and Europe. I just love everything about the Bryant Park Hotel from the moment I enter. The front-desk staff are consistently welcoming and helpful. This time I was greeted by Jo and Julio, whose warmth and personal greeting were uplifting. Later I met my other old favorites — Scott, John and Shannon. It felt like I was meeting old friends! Scott has been our go-to person for reservations since we first discovered the hotel a while ago and is always so helpful and responsive when we message him for reservations. A shoutout also to Richard and all the staff who work so hard to keep up the BPH's wonderful standard of hospitality and warmth. I had a lovely, large room with a super-comfortable king-sized bed and all the luxury I could have wished for. Always nice, the hotel is even better since the rooms were recently renovated. This time, I didn't have a room with a view, all three windows looking out onto the walls of neighboring buildings. Normally, this would have done my head in. But, of course, the BPH being the BPH compensates with inner classiness. The room itself was so beautiful — lovely clean hardwood floors, amazing lighting, a table with chairs that was super conducive to work/writing/doing emails – that I didn't need a view. I could've spent all day just relaxing in the room. I would spend weeks at the BPH but it is a luxury hotel so I bopped around from one generic chain hotel to another, saving my last two days of a 3-week trip for the BPH, knowing it would be a lovely treat and perfect ending to my NYC holiday. I always leave the hotel with reluctance, wishing I could stay endlessly, but I also always know, God willing, that I will return to what is an ageless icon in the heart of Manhattan.
