The Bryant Park Hotel

After a disaster arrival with Virgin Atlantic losing half our luggage, Siobhan and the team at the Bryant Park hotel fell over themselves to ensure we got my wife’s 60th birthday celebration trip back on course. This is a hidden gem of a hotel in New York with truly exceptional staff who go above and beyond what they needed to do for us - they know who they are and we thank them again from the bottom of our hearts. Visit this hotel - you won’t be disappointed!

This month we were in the absolutely breathtaking Bryant Park Hotel in Midtown Manhattan - the very best location you can have. After a long flight from Germany we arrived at Jo from the front desk. Love at first sight! She was so charming & beautiful to us and asked, if we have to celebrate something. We said, it is our silverwedding anniversary today and my birthday tomorrow, too. Next day, the whole front desk was there for congrats and Jo made beautiful pictures of us. When we came back from the city, we had a very big surprise in our room! Flying Birthday Balloons, a big bottle with finest Prosecco and delicious belgian chocolate and a card with best wishes (which we will frame for the wall as a staying memory)! Wow! We were completely touched by this! And the room was so superclean everyday! It really was absolutely amazing! We loved the big bathtube and the lovely room with its fantastic view to the Park! Even the bathrobe was so comfortable! The softest fabric a bathrobe can have! The day came and we had to leave. I was deeply sad, because through our whole stay we felt like at home with this lovely friends called the Bryant Park Hotel Family! They were all so sweet and we will never forget what they have done for us with the big surprise to our anniversary and my birthday. We are looking forward to stay there again and hope to see each other as soon as possible. We were in so many hotels over the world and there were a lot of fantastic ones through all these times, but let me tell you: The Bryant Park Hotel is our absolutely number one, it was perfect in all cases! Big recommendation for everyone, who reads this. Do yourself a flavour and book here, because you will stay with the nicest people and it is an experience that makes all so worth it! After arriving to NYC from Singapore via LA (long flight and I am exhausted at this point) I never expected to have confrontation with the front desk manger (prior to my arrival I already discussed options with upgrade/early checkin). Fortunately the city is full of hotel options. After this stay, I will not be a repeat guest at BPH. I will take my business elsewhere next time. He almost made me cry!!!!

Location amazing, rooms so comfortable. Serviced every day, and the beds are the most comfy I have ever had in a hotel anywhere! The staff were amazing and we would like to give a big shout out to Jo who was just so friendly and kind to us. Jo, Siobhan, and all the staff we met went out of their way to help make this the best hotel experience we have ever had as a family. We look forward to staying again, the Bryant Park Hotel will definitely be our base for future trips to NYC!!!!

I just went in to check the hotel. Alfonso in the speakeasy was just so polite and gave me some details about vodka production, Dwight at the front desk helped me out also with my questions. What a marvelous place. Friendly and delightful. Sometimes people are wonderful.
