The Bryant Park Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at The Bryant Park Hotel! The hotel itself is lovely — the rooms are BIG (especially for New York City), the hotel is extremely well-maintained, housekeeping was prompt and attentive, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large — I enjoyed the Molton Brown products and the waterfall shower head. The location is wonderful — right across the street from Bryant Park! I'm a huge Broadway fan, and this location is ideal for walking to Broadway theaters while avoiding the craziness of Times Square. The Guest Relations Manager Jo was terrific! She went out of her way to ensure my stay was special, and she had a really keen attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel — I hope to be back!

Having lived in NYC and now commuting for work, there is no other place I would rather stay. This staff, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, location is absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk staff, to late night requests to housekeeping were incredible. Look forward to many more stays here.

Fantastic stay, brilliant location, great rooms and amazing service! We were here for 4 nights, the welcome we had was the best I have experienced in NY and the genuine warmth was amazing. Thank you to Jo and the whole team. The room is a good size for NY, despite being an ‘internal room’ we still had a view of the park.

Just left this excellent hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, particularly the lively and lovely Jo in reception. Located centrally, so easy access to everywhere from midtown. We had a very pleasant room, overlooking the park. Thanks to all for a great stay.

Bryant Park hotel is a in a prime location. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both nothing short of amazing with great views of Bryant Park. Big shoutout to Jo Kinsella at the front desk who provided unrivaled hospitality and made me feel like I was at home. Thank you so much!
