Reviews for The Bryant Park Hotel

Unbeatable Location & A Wonderful Staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

My husband and I stayed at The Bryant Park Hotel so we could attend a concert at Madison Square Garden. The location is very convenient and walkable. Bryant Park is directly across the street and the Garden was an easy 10 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the hotel bar, Célon. It is beautifully decorated, very cozy, and intimate. We enjoyed our specialty cocktails very much and all of the bartenders, servers, and hosts were very efficient and pleasant. We were upgraded on our room which was lovely and overlooked Bryant Park. The room was clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you'd need. The hotel is undergoing renovations in its lobby area. So there was quite a bit of noise during the day. However, the staff is very sensitive to how it may impact guests, acknowledging it and doing their best to mitigate any disruptions. It did not bother us, especially since it was contained to a very small part of the lobby. Both Siobhan (who gave us a sneak peak of the renovations) and Caoimhe (thank you for notifying us when our car was available from the valet) were lovely and so hospitable. All of the doormen, valets, and other staff were equally helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing Experience!

Absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. Scott checked us in and was fun, helpful and great to chat to. Our room had a great view over Bryant Park, had a great size, comfy bed, and was so clean. The free tea, coffee and muffins in reception every morning was a great touch. And chilled water after a big day of adventure in New York heat was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

New York - Don’t stay in Time Square! Stay at Bryant Park!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Don’t stay in Time Square! Stay at Bryant Park Hotel! This boutique hotel has the perfect location (close to all the sights you want to see and convenient to subway to go both uptown and downtown)! Gorgeous view across the park too. The hotel team are fantastic, friendly and kind. The hotel is very clean, has a cute bar downstairs and Koi is a great restaurant too. We had a long time to wait between checkout and leaving the airport and the hotel accommodated us in a comfortable space till we had to leave. Amazing service!

A Hotel Defined by Humanity, Not Just Luxury X

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are simply no words that could ever truly express how grateful I am to the entire team at the Bryant Park Hotel. My daughter, a dear friend and I travelled to New York expecting to make wonderful memories together. Instead, we found ourselves facing the most devastating and unimaginable circumstances. During that time, the kindness, compassion and humanity shown by your staff became something we’ll carry with us forever. Before I say anything else, I want to mention just how wonderful this hotel is. The Bryant Park Hotel is absolutely beautiful, perfectly located, immaculately presented and feels luxurious whilst remaining warm and welcoming. Bryant Park is right on the doorstep, the location couldn’t be better for exploring Manhattan, and every part of our stay before everything changed was exceptional. But what makes this hotel truly special isn’t the building or the location—it’s the people. Scott, I hope this review somehow finds its way to you because I will never be able to thank you enough. You didn’t just do your job; you showed extraordinary compassion to complete strangers when we needed it most. You made sure my daughter and I had food without us even having to think about it. Every time you came on shift, you came to find us to check how we were coping. You always approached us with such warmth, kindness and sincerity, never making us feel like an inconvenience or a responsibility. You somehow knew exactly when to offer help, when to offer reassurance and when simply being there was enough. The care you showed us wasn’t something that could be taught in hospitality training. It came from your heart, and in the middle of the darkest days of our lives, you brought comfort, stability and genuine kindness. I’ll never forget your calm presence, your empathy or the way you looked after my little girl and me. Thank you for seeing us not as guests, but as people who needed someone to care. I’d also like to thank Siobhan, who happened to meet us in the lobby as we were checking out. Although she hadn’t been there when everything unfolded, she immediately understood what we had been through and, without hesitation, offered us the use of our room until it was time to leave for our flight home. That simple gesture gave us the opportunity to shower, rest, collect ourselves and leave New York with a little more dignity than we otherwise could have. It was an act of genuine kindness that I’ll never forget. To every member of staff whose name I sadly can’t remember, I’m so sorry I can’t thank you individually. So many of you checked on us, offered comforting words, helped us in ways both big and small, and made us feel safe and cared for. Please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed. I wish I could name every single one of you because you all deserve recognition. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your compassion, your professionalism and, above all, your humanity. The Bryant Park Hotel will always hold a very special place in my heart—not just because of where it is, but because of the incredible people within it. With endless gratitude, Jazmyn & Annabella-Rose
