Beautiful Bryant Park Hotel from Staff to Rooms to Amenities - You won't be disappointed!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 hours ago

Our first stay at the Beautiful Bryant Park Hotel. It was exceptional from top to bottom. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind, didn't get the guy's name who checked us in ( It was a very late international flight)but he was so nice and helpful. At check out Josephine was the absolute best. The Jr. suite overlooking the park did not disappoint. We were just on a stop- over so we only got to stay 2 nights, I never wanted to leave! We are already planning our next trip! Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, great coffee! Everything was spotless and housekeeping was on top of it! A little more pricey than we are used to but well worth it! We also really loved the White Noise machine that was provided, wow! Even under some construction it was the best. Definitely a NYC game changer for us. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional Hotel in the Heart of New York City

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 17 hours ago

Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We booked a junior suite overlooking Bryant Park, and the room was absolutely stunning—elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed. The marble bathroom was a true highlight, featuring both a large, modern soaking tub and a rain shower with excellent water pressure. Every detail felt luxurious, from the Molton Brown bath products to the plush bathrobes, thick towels, and incredibly comfortable sheets and pillows. The bed itself was heavenly, and a Sony sound machine was thoughtfully placed bedside. This with the newly installed windows did such an impressive job blocking outside noise that we hardly knew that we were in the city, except for the amazing cityscape views. The location is unbeatable—directly across from the iconic New York Public Library at Bryant Park, with easy access to subway lines and just a short cab ride to Moynihan Train Hall. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Guest Relations Manager, Jo Kinsella, and Guest Service Agent, Caoimhe Sweeney, who both went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality. Their warmth and attentiveness perfectly reflect the spirit of the hotel. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kindness. We can’t wait to return—this hotel is a true gem in the heart of New York City.

Amazing experience - great location, welcoming staff, spectacular view

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway and we can’t say enough about this amazing hotel!! The location is perfect - right in the heart of everything. Our room was large, quiet and very comfortable, and with such an absolutely spectacular view of the park, the room is a destination in itself. The staff — to a person — was welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room is modern and beautifully appointed with great amenities. The deep bathtub is a decadent treat. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the city. Honestly, now that we’ve been guests at the Bryant Park Hotel, it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else.

Josephine the angel! 😇

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

We stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel and had the most amazing experience — all because of Josephine at the front desk. She was truly an angel to us. From upgrading us to a suite, to sending champagne, providing us with umbrellas, to recommending an incredible dinner and lunch (with champagne and dessert waiting for us!), every single detail was thoughtful and so appreciated. You can just feel that she genuinely cares about people, and it made our entire trip to New York even more special. We already miss her and can’t wait to come back and see her again. She is such a bright light and such a gift to this hotel. Thank you, Josephine — we will never forget your kindness.
