Outstanding staff, great location. Elevators and interior could be better.
The lifts weren’t great and waiting 20 mins for a lift was very frustrating, especially with a lot of high floors! The breakfast was wildly overpriced. But the room was nice and clean and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Great location downtown and nice to have a pool and spa. It’s a little bit corporate/dark in interior style but otherwise lovely for a leisure stay.

Broken Elevators?!?!
Nice hotel. Clean. Good service. HOWEVER, elevators were not working properly. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator!!!

What an amazing hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and stocked with Dyptique products!! Amazing!! The blinds and lights were a push of the button next to your bed. Comfy cozy beds and they deliver whatever you need fast! We needed an iron and they brought in seconds. Real luxury!

Great views and even better service
Views are incredible. We were blown away by the experience of waking up to the skyline each morning. Every member of the hotel team greeted us with a smile each time with every interaction. We really enjoyed are stay and will be back!

Relax and enjoy!
I went to The Dominick because of its location away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and to just relax for the weekend. It did not disappoint. I didn’t need to leave the hotel and didn’t really want to. The convenience of the spa on site and the in room dining kept me indoors! Staff were super friendly, the room was fantastic, I will be back for sure!
