Like a home away from home but better

My wife and I were on a 18 day journey seeing the last 14 states she need to get to all 50 and my last 8 for out 30th Wedding anniversary. This adventure my exclusive hotel of choice, Hyatt and 10 Hyatt locations. My biggest highlight from Gild Hall was Angel Rivera at the front desk. From the moment we walked in Angel greeted us and offered us a drink after a very long drive. It didn’t stop there he was just nice, beyond what I felt was just work curtesy but helpful at every turn and really made us feel “at home”.

I had a wonderful stay at the Gild Hall, Thompson Hotel during spring break this April with my family. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was truly top notch. Pam, Liz, Robert, Fen, and Leo at the front desk were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming—they really made us feel at home throughout our stay. What made the experience even more special was how they celebrated my birthday. Their thoughtful touches and attention to detail meant so much and made the occasion unforgettable. We also had a great experience at Felice restaurant. Hyacinth and Malenny provided excellent service and were so warm and attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, which made exploring the city easy for our family. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Gild Hall to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay in New York City.

Great location for a NYC trip to get to Manhattan and Brooklyn! hotel staff was lovely and the rooms were clean. subway lines were nearby and it was quiet enough to sleep :)
