This is a nice hotel in the financial district. It is convenient to public transit and easily accessible to Brooklyn and Midtown. It is clean. My only complaints are that my room, 93, got very little natural light, and the room had a tub and shower curtain, not a walk-in shower.

It has great facility but poor hospitality/service. Staffs didn't care about the needs of the guests nor have any empathy.

Incredibly comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Not much in the way of a view given the hotel's location on a narrow financial district street, but the room was quite large (especially by NYC standards) and I had absolutely no complaints about the service I received. The only negative would be the lack of a coffee machine in the room, although that seems to be a growing trend these days.

We have just got back from a 5 night stay at this hotel. We booked it through British Airways holidays. We arrived from JFK on the subway which takes about an hour. There are several lines that stop nearby. Fulton Street station and World Trade center station are just a few minutes walk. Check in was smooth and the staff on reception all friendly. The reception area very nice with leather couches, chairs etc. We had room 156 which was on the 15th floor. It had a big double bed. Quite comfortable as were the pillows. Usual TV , safe, wardrobe with enough hanging space for a short stay. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem to work. There aircon worked well. The bathroom was very nice, decent shower and Molton Brown toiletries. No robes or slippers though. We were given a coffee machine but coffee pods not replaced by housekeeping so we found it easier to get coffee in the reception where they have a nespresso machine set up in the morning. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There is an Italian restaurant called Felices in the hotel. All in all a good stay. We liked the location and the room was quiet and we slept well after long days sightseeing. I would be happy to stay here again and would have given it 5 stars but few negatives like the $35 a day ‘destination fee’ whatever that is? Bit steep for patchy wi fi (in our room) and hit and miss coffee.

The desk and hotel staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming. They always cater to every need or request we have and always do it with a smile! They really exceed expectations every time.
