The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Location is good, centrally located, safe, and close to trains/buses.

Will not stay here again. I am a globalist and there are very few benefits. I had to call twice to get my free water. Front Desk does not have them so they had to send them up with housekeeping. Then had to call again when I realized there is no coffee in my room and there’s no coffee in the lobby in the morning.. You have to either do room service or the restaurant. They sent a keurig but only with decaf coffee. Very small room and the walls are paper thin. No lounge. Small tv. The room needs some maintenance. There is a huge minibar if that’s important (with the expected outrageous prices).

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, but despite our 1am arrival, we were met with smiles and got into our rooms relatively quickly. The beds were comfortable, and we didn't have major issues with street noise as other reviewers have mentioned. What did frustrate us was that we were woken (after our very very late arrival) by fire alarm testing - which we were not warned about at check in, nor was the alarm preceded by an announcement that it was a test. So instead, my 4 children and I were woken by what we thought was a genuine fire and scrambled to get shoes on and evacuate. Eventually there was an announcement that they were testing the system, but they really should have alerted guests IN ADVANCE.
