The best nyc experience
I had one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had there! The staff and management were amazing I booked 25 rooms and everyone loved it

Major construction noise all night long outside the front of the hotel.
Are you kidding me! Worst hotel experience ever, and I have only been here for a few hours. I am going to be worthless at me meetings with absolutely no sleep. Major construction is going on outside the hotel at 2am. Constant beeping noise from construction trucks, loud truck horns and banging noises that jolt you awake. Construction Workers yelling. How can they possibly sell rooms here KNOWING that this noise is going on right outside the front of the hotel? I should have known when I checked in and absolutely no recognition as a Hyatt Explorist, was actually downgraded from a "corner" deluxe king 300SF room to a King deluxe room on a lower floor, had to request waters etc., that are guaranteed benefits. How this is part of the Hyatt brand amazes me. Completely unacceptable.

A true European minimalist experience at luxury prices. Pass
Very expensive, tiny rooms, views of alley with ‘wonderful’ aluminum ductwork. World class experience for only $1000 a night. Hard Pass. Smelly halls, smelly room, decent water pressure, lighting very difficult to operate (interestingly). Just not a great evening at this particular property

Comfortable but Disappointing
Room was spacious for a NYC hotel. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom unfortunately was an issue. It was small, the main light didn’t work, the shower handle was broken and shot water in your face, the sink water barely went down and the only full length mirror length mirror was part of a closet door that did not fully open.

Did not expect much Seville
In for one night. Just needed dinner at 8:30 pm after a very long day. No room in the restaurant for a single. Checked at the desk. I asked… Is there a bar downstairs that serves small plates? No. Not without a reservation. Huh- the two people next to me just went there with no reservations? The bar has a menu she says…awesome…bar tender says bar is closing… at 9. Recommendation… John Doe… a bar around the corner. A drinking establishment where food is an afterthought. Never coming back.
