Great stay at the Hotel Seville
Hotel Seville NoMad was great! We very much enjoyed the hotel - very clean, great room, everyone was friendly. Coffee in the morning was very good as well!

Terrible, inexistent service and sanitary issues
Stayed 9 nights in 2 rooms: Seville Suite and Deluxe. The most terrible experience we've ever had in NYC. Staff is irresponsive and management argues we should contact management with issues (meaning every day several times) instead of being patient and just remind again and again the staff to do their work. To summarise: the failure to change the bed linen during a nine-night stay, including after an express request; the inadequate cleaning of the bathrooms and toilets; the repeated failure to replenish basic amenities; the absence of shower gel for two to three consecutive days; the repeated failure to replace drinking glasses, we had to wash them on our own; the delayed room-service deliveries (several calls every time) Never again and don't recommend!

Great Hotel
Great location, staff are really good, the lobby lounge is so comfortable. Whole foods just around the corner and close to 5th Avenue. Will stay here again.

Loved this Hotel! The location is 2 blocks from Subway, near everything, staff was amazing & Vintage room was small, but hey it is NYC!
