IBEROSTAR 70 Park Avenue Hotel

Just spent 4 nights and we were very happy with our stay. We were a family of 3 (Female 52, Male 52 & Male 16). Staff were friendly and helpful with a self-check in which was brilliant. The room had two Queen beds which were very comfortable, with enough room for a short stay. It was very clean and looks to have been recently refurbished. The bathroom was of a decent size & the shower had decent water pressure. There was a hairdryer and the room as well as an iron. There were plenty of towels that were changed daily if required. However, the bathroom doors were of the sliding style, which didn't really close properly or stop any noise! ( This is the only reason I docked a point, would have given 4.5 stars if I were able to). The location was good, close to everything in midtown without being right in the middle of it. The room was very quiet and barely heard any outside noise. The Wi-Fi was good at no extra charge. Would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant on site, but that’s just being picky as there are plenty of choices nearby and around the city. A great value room and would definitely use again.

Fab location in NYC! Bed very comfortable, room small but all you need for a busy New York trip! For saying this is on a Main Street traffic noise isn’t bad at all. Staff pleasant. Would recommend! Lots of choice on uber eats if you’re tired after a long day and food late. Approx 5km walk to Brooklyn 20 mins walk to Times Square 35 mins walk to Central Park. 5 min walk to Grand central station Plenty to do around and nearby food/bar wise. Only thing that would make this hotel better is a bar but that’s just me being super picky! :-)

The hotel room (we stayed in 615) was incredible, super comfy bed and great bathroom, i loved the bathtub. Also the service was great, the woman that was in charge of our room did an amazing job. Our trip to the US was better thanks to all of this. I will definitely recommend it!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel at the end of a busy 2 week tour of southern US states. The hotel was comfortable and clean although floorboards incredibly noisy!! The location near Grand Central Station gave easy access to public transport although we pretty much walked everywhere with Times Square less than 15 minutes walk and One World Centre around a one hour walk away. All staff were friendly and helpful in providing help and assistance. Would look to stay here on future visits.

We were grateful for the IHG rewards upgrade. Cant beat a NYC hotel room with an enormous bathroom that has a view of the Empire State Building and a wrap-around balcony off the bedroom. We appreciated the warm welcome extended by Melissa at the Front Desk. Every member of staff acknowledged us with a 'Good morning' or a 'Hello'. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
