Wonderful, historic hotel with a convenient midtown location. Friendly and professional staff. I have stayed there each January for a number of years and will continue to do so.

From the warm welcome and happy staffs, and recognized membership make me feel pleasant and elevate for the stay. With the cozy room and comfy bed and tasty dinner at the Parlour restaurant completely satisfy for the visit. I appreciate for the very early check in and room upgrade and all perks at the restaurant. Lastly, I like to thank to the knowledgeable check in agent, Sophy Diaz to make my stay fulfill beautifully. Definitely, I revisit this hotel, if I am in town.

Throughout my visit, I received thoughtful text messages from staff, checking in daily asking how they could enhance my experience. Additionally, I was delighted to find a welcome letter, along with cupcakes and chocolates upon my arrival—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my stay. And, of course, a special mention to Bowie, the best ambassador for your hotel. The outstanding service I received has assured me that the InterContinental Barclay will be my go-to choice for all future trips to NYC.
