Sophy Diaz at the front desk was extremely helpful with our complicated booking, would highly recommend.

When I check in I requested to the receptionist that if he can give the same floor that my daughters stayed and he granted my request. When I got in the room it’s still cleaning but it’s ok, when I do showered the hair conditioner is empty and no toothbrush and toothpaste. I requested and wrote a note before I get out. They only refilled the conditioner but no toothbrush and toothpaste so I texted them and in a few minutes they delivered it. Thank God. One more thing I noticed, I brought some foods when I got back and unintentionally I removed the canned drinks in the fridge without reading the notice inside the fridge that it was computerized be deducted if I remove anything. My daughter called that night to the receptionist to inform that I accidentally removed the canned drinks and I texted and I went downstairs too to inform them that I didn’t drink any and put back inside the fridge. It’s good they didn’t charge me. Thank God. It was my birthday and brought some leftover, I was wondering why there’s no space if you need to cool some stuff. All in all the service are excellent from the lobby, For sure we will come back and stay in this hotel soon.

Professional, friendly and most important: a really good bed in a quiet room to enjoy a great nights rest after a busy day. Every midtown hotel boasts a "great location" but the Barclay is situated just outside the "busy busy" part of town while having everything close by . Welcoming atmosphere due to the attentive staff, a feat difficult to attain in hotels this size.

Excellent welcome. Nice and silent rooms. The breakfast is generous. Efficient personnel. Especially the roomladies were very friendly and serviable. Location of the hotel is well situated.
