Summer at Barclay's Intercontinental Hotel
Excellent service from a very friendly staff, throughout the hotel! They also assisted with packaging materials for items sent by U.S. Post.

Disappointing for an Intercontinental!
The furniture in the lobby was filthy! The morning brunch was decent but over-priced. The amenity fee is a rip off as there is no real amenity. The room rate was fair. The public spaces need a serious refresh! It is a great location.

Always a great experience
Lovely everything - from check-in to check-out. Proximity to Radio City was great! Bathroom was a bit small but nicely appointed. Bar/Lobby area is always bustling in a good way!
