Outstanding
Outstanding again, this was my third stay and definitely my new go to NYC hotel. Everything from checking in to leaving was fabulous. Food and drinks served perfectly by attentive staff who know their craft. Breakfast amazing as always.

New York 2025 Marathon Weekend
My daughter and I had a truly wonderful experience during our recent stay at the InterContinental New York Barclay. From check-in to check-out, every moment was exceptional. The doormen were friendly and welcoming, the lobby was elegant, and our room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for my 15-year-old daughter and me. The entire hotel felt clean, warm, and inviting. As someone not familiar with the area, I was pleasantly surprised by how close we were to so many attractions, including Grand Central Station, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and Central Park. We were in town to support my daughter’s Big Sister as she ran the New York Marathon, and the weekend couldn’t have been more special. I would like to thank the hotel for helping make it such a memorable experience. I’ve already shared my positive experience with family and friends, and I know they’ll be eager to stay at the Barclay.

Great location and friendly staff
Sophy Diaz gave us a warm welcome which was much appreciated after a hectic journey to NYC. We had a great stay and found the warm hospitality of the staff really nice. We had a twin room which was spacious, quiet and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for location and friendliness.

I would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience. The hotel was super clean and luxurious. The restaurant/bar was great. All of the staff were great and super helpful! Great location and great experience!

A classic, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel
The InterContinental Barclay is a fantastic hotel and remains our top choice every time we visit. It is extremely comfortable, the beds are spectacular, the shower is excellent, and even the bathroom amenities are high quality. Our room was perfectly quiet, allowing us to rest very well. The service was outstanding, and we want to give a special thanks to Sophy Díaz, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a perfect, central location and maintains a beautiful, classic elegance that is impeccably kept.
