It should be a maximum three star hotel
Location great Atmosphere OK Rome review, but very old broken curtains kept us awake. Some nights called engineering. They came and made it worse. Value to expensive for an old hotel Cleanness good Noise level OK since you’re in the middle of the city Amenities not very good at all 54 dollar breakfast absolutely terrible and very expensive for a lawyer level of Denny’s

Excellent service !!!! Rosemary at the Ambassador’s desk is amazing , so kind , so caring and so efficient!!!! Neil is always attentive and always makes sure we receive our food and drinks in a timely manner!!!!

Fantastic stay indeed! And a BIG THANK YOU to Francisco at the front desk - both when I checked IN and OUT, he was there and truly helped me with the benefits of my IHG membership/perks upon checking in and making sure I used them when I checked out - total care and assistance and it really was VERY appreciated! My hotel room and dinner in the hotel bar were fantastic! A +. I will always return here when in NYC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
