Not a bad stay, just the hidden fees that they force you to pay is very misleading and pickpocketing!
Some many hidden fees. Service is okay. Not worth asking price. In plus the room wasn't even made up fully, the bed look like someone was just laying in it when we arrived.

Great option if you must be in Times Square
Was in NYC for work meetings near Hudson Yards and stayed at the Intercontinental. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful of a stay it was. The rooms were spacious, great beds and comfortable bathroom. I had drinks in the bar multiple nights and the service exceeded expectations. Despite it being in Times Square, it was quiet and felt hidden away. Would definitely recommend.

NYC December stay.
If you’re going to this hotel look for Mindy at the front desk. Very professional, friendly and genuinely seems to want to take care of the customer. As an IHG Diamond elite customer I found Mindy to be top notch!

Good night rest and convenient location
My brother was having his Broadway debut so I booked a last minute trip. Work was still required, so I set up a mobile office in the Stinger Lounge. When I asked for a coffee, one staff member said they didn't have any...what?! I always get second opinions, so I asked another waiter, Eddie, and he smiled and said coming right up. Weird to get two different answers, but I'm so grateful Eddie was able to help me caffeinate for some work calls. The kid brother's show was excellent, too. As his career blossoms, I think I'll be heading to NYC more often, and it's good know this hotel - super comfy bed and great location, with the incredible Eddie - is right there!

Nice Stay in NYC
Hotel was very well located near Times Square and the Theatre District. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, room temperature was adjustable, and the view was good. The room could use a full length mirror out side the bathroom. Our room faced 44th st looking toward the park, the view was nice, but it was very noisy from the fire/police sirens and the honking horns. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and Stinger bar!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
