InterContinental New York Times Square

I've stayed a few times at your hotel. Lobby is inviting. Housekeeping is efficient & room service very responsive. The greeters & valet are very helpful & professional. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Proximity to Broadway, attractions & nice restaurants. On the other side, the cost of your breakfast for what you offer is ridiculous. Your attempt to make additional $$ by filling the refrigerator with drinks & charging if something is simply picked up, is very disappointing. I bought drinks at the local store, which was fine. But I like to bring doggy bags from dinner back to my hotel, which is now impossible. I will shop for another hotel who provides a refrigerator for their guests use.

Very good location and excellent staff.

Great stay as usual! The staff are always helpful and greet you by name. I arrived 14 hours late due to broken down aircraft. The front desk had everything ready for me and even gave me a room upgrade on arrival. The hotel is in a great location in midtown and close to Times Square and Broadway

Great experience! Not my first time at the hotel, but it was my best stay. Checked in at the Ambassadors desk, was upgraded to a corner room on a high floor with a view of the Hudson River. Service (housekeeping, in room dining, The Stinger) was great! Looking forward to my next stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeper came promptly every morning and did a good job. We stayed here to use our CSR edit credit. It got us 2 breakfasts a day and a $100 credit. No upgrade. But we are a family of 4 so breakfast cost $90 a day. Was it worth it? Eh…I’m not mad but I’m not impressed. The coffee was awful but I liked the buffet. Same things in the buffet everyday though and no omelet station. The location of the hotel is good if you are going to a show. However, I wouldn’t choose to stay in Times Square ever again. It is not what NYC is really like. We used to live here and avoided the area mostly. But it had been several years and we could use the edit credit so why not? Well, the edit credit didn’t make it worth it at all. If we got some sort of upgrade with our credit, maybe it would be worth it. So I’m giving the hotel 4 stars because it was a decent hotel with nice staff and the Stinger bar is nice for cocktails in the evening.
