Best stay in Times Square
The Intercontinental is our favorite hotel when we go to see a Broadway show. The stuff is excellent, the rooms are clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the Stinger Bar and Restaurant.

Visit the Stinger and ask fir Nick
Nick was so on point as our waiter in the Stinger Lounge. Greeting was welcoming and his attention to our orders and needs was on point. Anyone would be luck to visit this lounge to relax, meet great people and enjoy the NY vibe. Thank you Nick.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Service from Nick! We had an absolutely awesome stay — our room was fantastic and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. But hands down, the standout of our experience was Nick at The Stinger Cocktail Bar & Kitchen — he is simply the best! Nick is super friendly, genuinely warm, and delivers next-level service. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly. His attention to detail, positive energy, and professionalism truly elevated our entire stay. Good breakfasts when included in price
Nice upscale hotel in a convenient location. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffets, which are almost $100 per couple except if you have an inclusive deal. Staff is friendly and helpful except front desk refuses (in several visits there over several years) to give change for $20 bill so we can smaller bills for tips. I once convinced bellhop to go to desk and do it for me even though staff would not do for me directly. WHY???

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and I find the location and easy access to the subway system a great plus. The staff is always ready to help in any way possible in the rooms are well appointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
