It was very convenient to local tourist spots and had great food nearby. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and had a nice bar and restaurant to order small bites and drinks. The rooms were well equipt and had snacks and drinks for purchase (although we thought they were a little pricey, it was convenient) We felt safe walking around the area, and cars were readily available.

As a current employee at an Intercontinental in Miami, I have been wanting to stay at this property for a long time, and it was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by nice people, but particularly a shout out to the front desk agent Cheryl who was very friendly, shortly after I was also taken care of by the hostess at The Stinger Tsermig (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she was so accommodating and so nice and my server Chris knew I was on a time crunch and made it happen! Very friendly! Definitely recommend

I like this hotel. Staff is friendly. Efficient. Personable. Helpful. Stop decisions by staff is very very positive. Food good. Rooms nice. Location perfect for Broadway and Eats. Managers helpful. Needed one. Front desk extremely helpful and personable. Bell staff quite efficient, while staying personable and friendly. Hotel has a very nice personality. We will return. Excellent hotel realy well situated in NYC. Everythings is near or not far. Subway station under the hotel. The team was great, helpfull and always here for us. Every quastion had an answer and when we need a private car wa had one in 5 minutes.

This is one hotel that is highly recommended. We went to NYC for EATS and MUSICALs, plus walking around to enjoy the main Broadway areas. Location is on Brooadway, so it’s kind of well placed for that sort of thing. There are numerous restaurants that are within easy walking distance that we like, and we found so the hotel is well placed for that. If you want restaurant recommendation, please read my other reviews.. I’ll place them if they were worth it. If you want to take the subway, which we did since my wife’s never been on it there. 42nd St Station/Broadway is less than a minute walk. Study the subway map well, or you will end up going the wrong direction, and know where to transfer. The naming on map, station, iPhone maps are all inconsistent, so understand you stations. Bell service excellent. I guess you have to be, and they are. Checking in personnel’s have excellent personalities, and other front desk business. We encountered several and all were top notch professionals who also were able to show off their great personalities. (Only one name that I got Anastasia (sp?) and sorry I didn’t get the others. InterCON Brdwy assigned us a nice room for us and our friends (43rd) floor. Room prepared well. Furniture very than average comfort level. Bed was very comfortable, (same as one in SDiego?). Morning Buffett much better than similar establishments. Gym was used - no complaints. Noticed six elevators so that was convenient, plus they installed fast ones, which is nice when you have to go high up. Talked to lady who cleaned our room, very personable too, and adjusted per our request. Checkout with front desk - smooth and no problem to fix some charging issues - all fixed in no time, and they are given green lights. Manager in charge of (for example laundry service, and other things - he took it on eve if he didn’t have), excellent. We needed his help in some matters, and things were handled extremely well. This hotel is highly recommended (your mileage may vary of course). Remember, that how you act affects how others react, so be nice… it works both ways you know….
