Room
The room was lacking in outlets to charge phones. Also, the pillows were horrible. I enjoyed the bathroom the most the size was great. We did have some trouble though because coffee is on their daily menu, but it’s not available at all times of the day. That was very disappointing. Also, the bathroom sliding door was broken and we were told it was fixed and it wasn’t fixed so maintenance had to come out a second time.

Top Notch Service
When I visit NYC, I often stay at the Intercontinental and have never been disappointed. The staff is trained to provide the kind of friendly service one does not always receive in some other hotels. This last visit, Chyna, at the Ambassador desk helped make our stay enjoyable. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and was pleasant and efficient. Eddie made a point of greeting us when he recognized us from prior visits. He often is mentioned in other reviews and justly so; he is a great asset to the hotel. If you are looking for an accommodation that is a short walk away from most theatres and many restaurants, definitely consider the Intercontinental TS. Staff here will try their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Excellent stay thanks to Ma’am Cheryl
📍Intercontinental Hotel Times Square New York is Literally a 5 star hotel accommodation!. I’ve celebrated my milestone birthday, Ma’am Cheryl (Front desk agent) was exceptional and went far above and beyond making sure that everything was on point, which made our stay even more special and memorable! We had a Large spacious corner suite room on the 36th floor with great and stunning views of the city and the high rises (see some pictures) The Location was strategic and everything was walking distance! Intercontinental goes without saying, a very beautiful hotel. On our last day We even bumped with the rising international tennis superstar Alex Eala from the Philippines (she cheked in for the US Open). Highly recommended. 10/10

We love Eddie!! And Mindy was great at the front desk! We had such a great time and I’ll definitely be back! The drinks were amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
