ny visit
rooms are minis very small im a top tayer with them thay did an upgret from clasic to premium witch is the same size only a hi floor on line its 50us more (dosent worth it) the room was so small i coudent even open my suit comfortly brackfast buffet is continental brackfest very basic after 3-4 nights you get boring.. (you cant priper your egs) be awere for 50us brackfast inc tax the price is to hi for this kind of room its look like crown plaza not intercontinental (need a renovation) it will take them a lot for mi to come back to this hotel china /shery was very halpful to try to acomedet mi thank you

Perfect
We were very warmly welcomed by Cheryl, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Despite our misunderstandings and difficulties expressing ourselves in English, they took the time to help us with patience and kindness. The room was exactly as described in the reservation: very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay, we truly appreciated it!

Great place to stay with friendly staff
We have stayed at the Intercontinental Times Square multiple times. We love how close it is to the theaters. The breakfast buffet is always tasty and a nice variety. Love the views from the rooms. All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming. We have a special needs son that the staff are so engaging with him. It’s definitely a place we will be coming back many times.

We love the atmosphere of the Stinger bar and restaurant. The menue is exactly what we like, and so are the drinks. Waiter Nick is very friendly and efficient. Excellent service.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
We absolutely love this hotel. This is our 2nd time in New York and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The rooms are spotless and the location is fantastic. It’s a short walk to Times Square and there and plenty of places to eat around. The staff who help with luggage/taxis etc. are an absolute credit to the hotel. They are super friendly and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for you! We enjoyed every minute at this hotel and wouldn’t have stayed another week if we could. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
