Great service
Cheryl and Francisco provided excellent service during my stay. They assisted with business needs which made my job significantly easier. Everyone from the doorman to the servers had great attitudes and took great care of our team. I really appreciated my stay and will be back.

Best hotel near Hudson Yards and Theater District
This has been my go-to hotel in NYC for years. It’s near my office in Hudson Yards and also near the theater district and lots of fun restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff is great. A special shout-out to Eddie at Stingers — he is one of the best servers around and makes guests feel like they’re local. Thanks much!!

Great Location and Great Service
I always stay at this hotel when I travel for business. The service is top tier from checkin to check out. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. You can always unwind at the Stinger with the best waiter in the business, Eddie! He's amazing and makes you feel right at home.

Latest Intercontinental Stay
The room was OK but the bathroom was all around terrible. The shower was erratic and a puzzle to operate; the water pressure in the sink was awful and took forever to drain; and lastly, the sliding bathroom doors are awful for privacy. On the other hand, the Ambassador check-in was a real pleasure and the hostess, Leshanda, was an absolute star!

Great hotel in a great location
Great hotel. Great location in the theater area. Welcoming staff. Sami was especially welcoming and helpful as was Eddie in the breakfast room. Nice rooms with stunning views. Wide range of breakfast items but very expensive unless you’re an IHG Diamond Elite or higher member where you can get vouchers if you ask. Will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
