Great stay in the theater district!
Great service from all hotel staff. We had a great dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Eddie was an unbelievably fabulous server. The room is very conftabke. Only negative - would love a refrigerator for our own personal items. But it’s our second staff within a week. Highly recommend. Will fine again. If you live theater, fabulous location!!

Great experience!
My wife and I loved our stay at the hotel! The facilities are excellent, everything very organized and comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the service at breakfast, which was impeccable. We were very well attended to by Eddie, who was always friendly, attentive and extremely professional, making the mornings even more pleasant. Definitely a very positive experience that made all the difference during our stay.

We had a brilliant time during our recent stay! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly welcoming. The friendly staff made a fantastic first impression, and the excellent service continued throughout our entire visit. It truly made for such an enjoyable stay, and we felt well looked after the whole time. A special shout out to Eddie, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm personality really stood out and made our trip that much better. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Times Square. The location was perfect, just close enough to the action but still quiet ”enough".
The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be back.
