Please don't tell anyone ....
This is simply the finest hotel experience in New York City. Period. From the moment you are met at the front door, to the front desk arrival process, into the room, and throughout any stay, The Langham continues to exceed my expectations. Modern, minimal, quiet, beyond friendly and professional, I really hope it never gets so crowded that I cannot get a room -- so please, keep it to yourself, OK?

A thoroughly enjoyable stay
My stay was booked with my cruise line prior to a long North Atlantic/European cruise. Everything was easy from check in to check out for the 2 night stay. Fortunately we had access to the Concierge Lounge which was perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner not to mention happy hour. The room was surprisingly large with an walk in shower. My only view was of a courtyard & adjacent buildings but such is NYC. Every staff member I encountered was friendly & helpful & I do not have a cross word to say about anyone or anything. The staff in the Lounge was particularly nice & offered to refill glasses & bring additional items from the buffet or carry a plate. I was very impressed with the stay & wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Langham to anyone thinking of visiting. The location is amazing which is a huge bonus. Enjoy!

Amazing amenities - gym, club lounge,
Spent 3 nights here on Labour Day weekend - first visit to this property. We had access to the club lounge and found this experience to be worth the cost of the hotel. The lounge staff was friendly and committed to delivering an amazing experience - from Ender, Randy and all the other attendants we came across. Omelettes were freshly made and delivered and food presentation throughout the day was appreciated. The gym was very busy during our stay and we were still able to find machines and a space to work out in. The gym is huge and well-equipped and spaced. We're a family of 4 (2 teens) and typically have to book 2 rooms - this property has a suite which includes a sofa bed in a separate room along with a kitchenette. The 2nd bathroom doesn't have a shower but it still served our family well. Well worth the price to stay and experience the Langham.
