Stellar experience
Was in NYC to visit our daughter and see a show. Though it was UN week, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A shout out to the front desk and Oliver who made us feel like we can't wait to come back. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Over priced
Over priced for what you get. Wouldn't stay here again. This is an average hotel misrepresenting itself as an upmarket 5 star hotel.

Best of the best
Prime location, top notch service, above and beyond expectations. Rooms extremely clean and up to date. The restaurant and bar are 5 star. It's close enough to walk where you need but out of the busy bustle to be quiet and relax.

Great staff and location as per other reviews. However, the rooms, bathrooms and lobby all need a facelift. Lots of chipped paint and furniture. The carpets are tired. The bathrooms are like any bathroom at a Hampton Inn with a shower/tub and shower curtain which is not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. The ability to make coffee in the room is not an option. One must go to the coffee bar in the lobby and wait in a long line. Easy check-in/out. Very good hotel gym. Comfy beds and nice sheets. Highlight: Our room had a small terrace which was lovely as the weather was stunning.

Another wonderful weekend at the Regency!
I have been staying at the Regency since I was a kid, and while the hotel has changed through the years, it never disappoints. At 61st and Park, it's the perfect location for shopping, theater, and restaurants. Most important, the staff is courteous, responsive, and thorough. The concierge team in particular is amazing in securing reservations at some of the most popular restaurants. We return every year, and I already am looking forward to returning.
