Loews Regency Hotel New York

From the moment we arrived at the front entrance until the moment we drove away everyone we encountered during our stay was as welcoming , kind and helpful as they could be. The hotel was very nice, breakfast was excellent and drinks at the bar were superb. The room was large, very clean and beautifully decorated. We come to Manhattan quite often and we will be staying here again soon.

Loews Regency New York has become my wife and my “go to” hotel in NYC. The staff, from the doormen, front desk, restaurant to housekeeping, are always warm and welcoming. They really make you feel at home. The decor and appointments radiate understated elegance. The neighborhood is convenient to everything Manhattan but quiet and safe.

This review is long overdue, based on our trip in early April 2026, but our experience was so lovely that I didn't want to let it slip. I've stayed in NYC several times in recent years and this hotel was the nicest with the largest rooms that were very comfortable. I thought the room service breakfast was also excellent and it was very convenient having a restaurant on site. However, what makes our visit even more memorable was the service of one of the front desk agents, Hosam. He was very pleasant and professional, and upgraded us to an even nicer room when one became available for our 2nd night. I hope management will recognize him and I look forward to returning on our next visit!

We were in NYC for my daughter's wedding and had a nice block of rooms. This is a gorgeous, luxury hotel on Park Ave. Wonderful location, happening lobby bar and fantastic staff.

Such great service at this hotel in a great section of east side NY. Close to fun restaurants, bars and Bloomingdale’s. Used Curb to get around with taxis without surge pricing. Nice amenities and a really big gym.
