Loews Regency Hotel New York

Cheers to the entire team at the Loews Regency NYC. We've always loved the location; close to family and a little removed from the midtown crowds. This time, we also loved the property itself. Every member of the team was friendly, accommodating, and earnest in their efforts to ensure that we had the most positive experience possible. Our room was spacious with plenty of closet space and big windows overlooking Park Avenue. It was quiet and very comfortable. When we needed something, the staff responded immediately and with good cheer. Look forward to going back soon.

The Regency hotel is my go to home away from home every trip I make to NYC , which is often. The staff is amazing, the Regency bar has incredible food and drinks and the bartenders will always remember you. The managers are great and welcoming. And rooms are awesome. I cannot recommend a place any higher.

We have stayed at the Loews Regency New York for the past two years while attending the US Open, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrive, everyone from the bellmen and front desk staff to the concierge and housekeeping teams makes us feel genuinely welcome. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Sonny in the restaurant and bar who always goes above and beyond to make our family feel at home. His warm personality and exceptional service make every meal and drink even more enjoyable. We travel to New York as a family and our children absolutely love the city and staying at the Loews Regency. It has truly become our home away from home during the US Open and we look forward to returning every year.

From the moment we arrived at the front entrance until the moment we drove away everyone we encountered during our stay was as welcoming , kind and helpful as they could be. The hotel was very nice, breakfast was excellent and drinks at the bar were superb. The room was large, very clean and beautifully decorated. We come to Manhattan quite often and we will be staying here again soon.

Loews Regency New York has become my wife and my “go to” hotel in NYC. The staff, from the doormen, front desk, restaurant to housekeeping, are always warm and welcoming. They really make you feel at home. The decor and appointments radiate understated elegance. The neighborhood is convenient to everything Manhattan but quiet and safe.
