A wonderful hotel in a great location on Park Avenue. The staff are so helpful, especially Abdul who really looked after us. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel bar is a great hangout in the evenings for a late drink.

I had a great stay at Loes Regency New York. From check in to check out, there was excellent service. It was a short visit but had the chance to enjoy the modern rooms, service, and lively restaurant/bar. It's also in a convenient location to explore Central Park. Definitely recommend it for business or personal travel.

Ok so I was born and raised on Long Island have been in Florida since I married I go back to to the city all the time. Our go to Hotels are the Plaza and the Lowell. This time needed a place very convenient to where my husband was having surgery and this fit the bill. The Staff was AMAZING. Ricardo, Abdul (Ipray I have his name right) at front desk were amazing. Our beverage guy for the mini bar was the kindest. Drivers, Doormen, Housekeeping all fantastic. Polite, helpful and over the top first class. The bar, room service top rate. Yes, the furniture in our suite needs a bit of sprucing up, chairs had a few stains but nothing to get get upset about. Carpet looked new, Kitchenette was perfect, Bathroom small but got the job done. Loved our outside balcony and sitting on Park Ave. Housekeeping changed sheets everyday and always check on my husband, he had a little set back so we had to extend by a few days. We are home and after two weeks at The Regency I truly felt like a princess. The bar staff was great, and make a great espresso martini, room service fabulous. I understand that when paying for an upscale room you want it perfect, and yes a few things need to be ironed out, but you can not put a price tag on over the top service. Well done ! I would definitely return.

We had really a great time at this hotel, beginning at front desk with the professional, kind and polite Angelina. She was outstanding and made us feel very special. At the bar/restaurant we met Henry, the best waiter ever, helping us with the menu, always happy and cordial! We definitely recommend this hotel!

phenomenal service, fantastic rooms, worth every penny. Beautiful location. Convenient. Close to everything. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The rooms were spacious enough to hang out in. The gym was very nice and clean. Their in house spa was great!
