Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

We spent a wonderful few days in the Towers at Lotte New York Palace. From check-in to check-out we were given the VIP treatment. Rebecca the front desk agent was courteous and attentive. Our rooms were ready and well kept by Fazilla and Gertrude, who made sure we had everything we needed. Nicola in the Gold Room was charming and provided excellent service during cocktails. Our stay ended with a delicious breakfast in the Villard room served with care and diligence by Alain. Over all our stay was a resounding success thanks to the Lotte New York Palace staff who treated us warmly.

Recommended Hotel ! I have stayed at this hotel several times when I visit New York for my business meetings, I wont change my mind to stay at different hotel . Best Hotel in New York . The reception is very professional and very helpfull , if you are going to stay Madison Avenue area , then choose The Towers at Lotte New York Palace, it is my favourite place to stay .

I hadn’t realized Lotte Towers had its own review site so will also leave a review here. This is an excellent hotel for families with older kids. We had a corner suite on the 50th floor and it was fantastic. Two huge bedrooms and a huge living space with views out over the Chrysler building. Everywhere in midtown felt walkable, and the hotel is near the subway too. We walked to roadway shows and easily got trains to Yankee stadium and MSG.
