Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

I had a wonderful stay and an overall excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The hotel itself is well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Kal was incredibly attentive and efficient, always making sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. Norma was warm, professional, and genuinely kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Clara was consistently helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Anass went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and care. Not to forget Salah, the amazing hotel chauffeur who was always ready. Their combined efforts made the stay feel personalized and memorable, not just routine. It’s clear that this hotel values service excellence and teamwork. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a genuinely positive experience. I look forward to staying here again.

She consistently goes above and beyond for guests and turns what is usually a stressful situation lost or return packages—into a completely seamless experience. She personally finds the best solution every time and genuinely takes the burden off the customer’s shoulders. Joan handles everything with so much care, kindness, and love. This was my 3rd time staying at the Lotte NY Palace (in the Towers this time) and everything was great! It’s in an ideal location in midtown, our room was spacious and clean, and the customer service was excellent! Rebecca at the front desk was particularly welcoming and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

My stay at Lotte is always so nice. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in the Tower where we always stay are incredibly big & spacious with amazing views of the city. It’s always clean and peaceful. The staff from the doormen to the front desk staff are always so professional and welcoming. This trip I dealt with Clara whose spirit is incredible. She made my stay that much more enjoyable because she is amazing. Thank you Clara, thank you to the wonderful doormen and bellmen who together make for a very special stay in a busy city.
