Exceptional property but missing a few amenities
Exceptional property, well maintained with exceptional service. Needs more power outlets/ usb power on both sides of the bed. Both spouses work and have cell phones. Crestron blinds randomly went up and down. No refrigerator other than pay for items device.

The ambiance of this hotel is always so inviting and what makes it even better is the service of the staff. Today I was greeted by Salomey and she was so hospitable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Regards Cyrus

New York Palace Hotel
Just returned from stay in New York Palace hotel, we had a fantastic time. Service was excellent. The location of the hotel on Madison Ave is in walking distance of St Patrick’s Cathedral, Central Park, Radio City, Rocker Fella Centre, and fab restaurants and shops. I have to commend Michael on reception, who was very helpful and made everything so easy. Thanks again and look forward to returning soon.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Thank you for the hospitality and being helpful throughout the entire trip. From the stay of the room to the staff, this helped my New York experience be one for the books

Wonderful location, good service
Stayed there with my husband who was on a business trip. My only problem was with the light switches - took a while to figure out which master switch controlled which lights. Needed a primer! Rooms very comfortable, had to call room service to get extra tea and coffee bags as housekeeping could not replace, or did not have on service trolley, which was a bit puzzling, but they came with it as soon as we called. Very comfortable stay and solicitous staff . All in all a great stay.
