Elegance on the Upper East Side
Great hotel on the Upper East Side. An oasis of calm and elegance. Spot on service and convenient to all East side museums and shopping. Our room had just been refurbished and was lovely.

Lowell for New Years
a first class experience, from start to finish Truly top notch accommodations, service and hospitality. King size bedroom much larger than expected, tv in the bathroom is an unexpected pleasure.

Would definitely Saty again
Smaller rooms but very clean with nice amenities rooms but excellent service. Old world luxury feel. They still have woodburning fireplaces in 2025 !! Polite and helpful staff

Anniversary with my wife
My Wife and I enjoy spending our anniversaries at the Lowell. We enjoy it so much that I booked the hotel for my son and his future wife to spend the 2 nights after their wedding here next February. It is one of the most romantic hotels in NYC with impeccable service!
