Excellent in every aspect. Top notch bedding. Towels are luxurious and best of all, not treated with fabric softener. Top quality in-room books.

I loved my stay at The Lowell - from my arrival, I felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. The front desk, concierge, and bellmen were all incredibly professional, welcoming, and amenable. My room was the perfect oasis; the bathtub and bubble bath were such a nice touch, as was my welcome amenity. Every little detail felt so intentional and special.

Staying in a suite with a private terrace at The Lowell feels like having your very own beautiful home in the city. With classic upscale NYC vibes and an unbeatable location for luxury shopping, including Bottega Veneta, Hermès, and Bergdorf Goodman, it was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The Lowell staff truly elevate the experience with their friendly and engaging service, making every moment feel exceptional.

The Lowell is fleecing their clientele. I am sad to see such flagrant abuse of a clientele that has been loyal for years. The loyal staff are always excellent. The location cannot be beat. The restaurants avoid - they are not worth what they are charging -sad to say a souffle doesn't not make up for mediocre food. Room service, however was fantastic. I think the Sous Chef should be promoted and have his/her own restaurant. NYC is a place I love - and this was my favorite hotel. Off to another - that offers me more and treats me like I am customer worth keeping.
