Another extraordinary stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Having once lived just blocks away on the Upper West Side, returning here always feels like coming home. The staff goes above and beyond — the service is unparalleled, and the housekeeping impeccable. I was especially blessed by Wendy’s kindness and attention to every detail as she supported me while I worked from my room. And Miles welcomed me with such warmth and a thoughtful letter that made me feel like a true New Yorker again. This place will always remain one of my most special places.

Classy Hotel & Fantastic Service Next To Central Park NYC
We are native New Yorkers, who have since moved to CT, but decided to stay at the Mandarin Oriental for a Birthday celebration, and we were not disappointed! The room and service was fantastic! Not to mention the new speak easy bar, which was so much fun and the drinks were on point. We highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for top notch service and a wonderful experience whether locally or travelling from another country!
