Beautiful hotel with peaceful atmosphere. Such a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. Central Park and the subway is right across the street. Easy to get to the theatre district, museums, restaurants, jazz clubs. The views from the MO lounge are amazing!

Our stay was exceptional! Special thanks to Katherine Person, Anshul Pathania, and the entire Guest Relations team for their outstanding attention to every detail. Their care truly made our experience memorable.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Although we only stayed for one night, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The doorman was very helpful when we arrived with our family, making us feel welcomed right from the start. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. Both the in-room dining service and the rest of the staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant visit that exceeded our expectations.

The location is amazing—extremely close to Central Park, with incredible views and easy access to the Columbus circle area. The hotel’s overall aesthetic is stunning—elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The fitness center is extremely well maintained and truly maximizes the space as there is a sauna, as well as an indoor pool. Most importantly, the cleanliness was outstanding. My room was well-maintained, and felt truly fresh each day. Every member of the staff was so kind and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Wendy from housekeeping. She was such a nice, attentive, and friendly presence. Her warm personality and genuine care stood out, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Between the amazing staff and the wonderful amenities, the Mandarin Oriental is a phenomenal choice for vacationing in NY.

I made the reservation with Maria, the Assistant Manager at the MO Lounge. She was highly professional and did a great job. When we came in we got greeted by Charlee, Maria and Paulina which was a lovely way to get welcomed. They were all very hospitable and welcomed us with a lot of warmth. They seated us at the best table and took very good care of us. Our server was Elsa. She was super friendly and made us feel like home. She was on top of everything and fulfilled all our wishes. Giorgi the Assistant Manager made sure our breakfast experience was out of this world. He was proactive, on top of all the orders aswell. He showed us how a great manager of such a prestigious hotel is supposed to work. Exactly like him. Professional but still human, personal, humorous and charming. Our farewell experience was amazing too. Maria and Giorgi said goodbye to us and we definitely left with lasting memories. Great job!!!
