The Manner

Booked for a mother/daughter getaway trip, mostly based on location. We sprung for the corner room for a little more space and it was definitely the right call. Everything was so comfortable and delightful, very charming and all small needs thought through ahead of time. Shanté (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) at breakfast/happy hour had amazing energy. What a special jewel of a place.

Check in was not great Room they gave me had noise issues - Horrible noise no sound proofing hear the elevator shaft all night loud music from the rooftop and they were not able to change my room- spoke to three people about it and no one called me to address a room change or offer it was horrendous I got no sleep it wasn't for the noise issue it would be a good hotel but the price point is too high for it to not have sound proofing Location is perfect, but unfortunately, do not expect to get any sleep because you will hear everything- there are better hotels in Soho, same price point and quieter - This is not a five star hotel / it's more a 3 star/ no amenities, yes they include breakfast but it's some pastries fruit and coffee ( not a full breakfast), but the service horrendous noise issues poor communication leave a lot to be desired for.

Terrible experience. Hotel is great looking but strangers were able to hack our room and add food and beverage items to our bill and the management and front refused to believe us.

Impeccable service, great location just 3-4 mins from the heart of SoHo. Lots of nice cafés and bars around. The breakfast was great. Retro style comfortable rooms. Greatly cooperated for early and late check out. Highly recommend this amazing hotel!!!

Needed to spend a night in Soho after a great day of shopping and enjoying an awesome summer day in NYC. We found this hotel and was thrilled with the location, walking distance to all in Soho, freindly staff, cleanliness, and the theme. the theme being social, have a drink, mingle an enjoy all.
