Staff is the real added value!

A delightful hotel for families
We had a wonderful stay at the Marmara with our 5 year old granddaughter. From the moment we arrived, staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We felt welcomed and pampered. Other than the pool heater being broken when we stayed, it was a flawless visit. The Marmara will definitely be our home away from home in New York.

Surpassing our expectations with a smile
Our experience at the Marmara Park Avenue surpassed our expectations. Michael Baize and his welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Cheerful and expedient they always went the extra mile to offer excellent customer service with a smile. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a place.

Great stay
We stayed 4 nights at Marmara Park. We were really pleased with the hotel. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, particularly so for NYC. Located right next to the 6 train which was convenient. Highly recommend.
