A well-appointed, well-run, well-located hotel. Updated, spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend. Convenient to theater district and Times Square. Helpful and professional staff.

Great location & lovely lobby. Rooms are out dated. Checkin staff are not the friendliest & do not advise you of everything when checking in. Eg. no tea & coffee facilities in the room, $10 a day available at the bar (the prices are exorbitant), extra daily rate plus taxes, the hold they put on your credit card is ridiculous, outdated gym. Noisy room but clean. Only good thing is the location & doorman. Not worth the money.

Thank you for a truly beautiful 16-hour stay. The Michelangelo staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was excellent as well. I had friends join me for dinner, which was delightful, and I managed to enjoy a quick breakfast before my early departure.
I was especially delighted by the unexpected upgrade—what a wonderful surprise! My only regret was that my visit was too short. To fix that, I’ll be returning very soon, and I’m already looking forward to another memorable experience.
