Reviews for The Muse New York

Great place to stay for work and fun

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Love to stay at The Muse hotel, second stay and can’t say nothing but good things. Location is prime, access to favorite restaurants, pubs, all kind of places is very convenient, few blocks from Rockefeller, St Patrick’s, etc. Room was clean, well equipped and very comfy. Awesome atmosphere in out out, nice music in the evening, pleasant bar and restaurant. Price wise I think nothing crazy, you pay what you expect to pay near Time Square. Service excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Room is quiet isolating from nightly craziness in the area. Highly recommended, staying there next time for sure.

Amazing Hotel right next to Times Square

The Muse was fabulous! The Concierge, Daniel Mitchell, was warm and welcoming and ensured we had the best room available (a king suite which was sensational). He remembered our names throughout our stay and made us feel like rock stars! The rest of the staff at The Muse were all warm, helpful, and welcoming and we felt like we were back home when we returned to the hotel from our exploits in NYC. All in all it was an amazing experience in an insanely brilliant location (really enjoyable in every way). The Carnegie Diner on 6th avenue was just around the corner and proved to be our favourite restaurant in NYC with $7 happy hour margaritas!

The Best Hotel in the Theater District!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We travel to New York City about 5 times/year. We ALWAYS stay at The Muse. We discovered the Muse quite by accident. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the Theater District after our usual hotel closed. That was more than ten years ago. One of the first things that impressed us about the Muse is the size of the rooms! They are HUGE by NYC standards. Second, and most important to us, is the staff. Always friendly, professional and truly caring about their guests. The front desk staff, especially Yaevick, is top shelf. Yaevick has recommended the best shows, the best restaurants and always is eager to help us in any way she can. Daniel and Barbara are also front desk personnel who go out of their way to be helpful. The housekeeping staff is exceptional. Now that "Little Opus" is open, there are food and beverages available right beside the lobby. A jazz club is opening soon, too. If you are looking for a great place to stay, steps from Times Square, in the heart of the Theater District, then the Muse is for you! The photo is the view of 46th Street from a room on the 12th floor.
