The Muse New York

The Muse is my go-to hotel. I've been staying there for over 4 years now every time I visit New York and love everything about it. I'd like to give a shout-out to Barbara Los, also. She's a wonderful concierge and was really helpful during my stay.

This is a nice hotel very central to times square. The hotel is nice and clean with air conditioning in each room. There is a water dispenser and ice on every other floor which is a bonus. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which is disappointing. There is a bar/café onsite but it was quite expensive. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. We had stayed here previously when it was a kimpton hotel.

Great location, excellent staff, pleasant room. We had a free cocktail on our first night here, which was greatly appreciated. There was a small live band playing, lovely atmosphere, and the bartender was friendly and professional. Definitely a good choice.

The Muse was a delightful surprise and fabulous experience all around! The staff are super helpful and courteous; the rooms are clean and generous; the bar area is great; and the location is perfect! I will definitely stay at The Muse again!

Lovely time. Very clean and modern room. The atmosphere in the hotel is modern and peaceful, just down the road from Times Square (perfect location) but feels incredibly peaceful for a hotel that close. The noise level was fine considering how close to Times Square (the usual New York ambulance/police sirens, but not bad at all) . Service was great, particularly Daniel and the team on check-in desk, remembering my name, saying hello as we walked back to the elevators to the room, helping us with a trip down to Dumbo to ensure we took the right subways etc. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
