Omni Berkshire Place Hotel

We recently stayed at the Omni Berkshire on a family trip to NYC. The accommodations and service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The location was perfect and easily walkable everywhere. The staff made sure we had everything we needed (including sending us something we forgot in the room). Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here one night. It was a beautiful hotel! Everyone was helpful and accommodating! Definitely sign up for a free Omni member account! I was given a free welcome beverage of my choice and was able to have this delivered to my room for being an Omni member. I was able to check in at 11 am for only an extra $50. The room was much more spacious than I expected! The linens and beds were extremely comfortable. All areas of the hotel were clean! There is a gym and beautiful terrace area with a view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral on the 17th floor! There is a restaurant and bar, however we didn’t have a chance to try this out. The locations is only 1 block from the Cathedral, there are shops such as Saks, Nike, and Lego close by, and not far from Rockefeller Center.

Excellent location, just off fifth Avenue. We booked a King suite, it was lovely and spacious. Our children slept on a pull out sofa bed in a living room area, we had a huge king bed and room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on our next visit

The hotel is in a great location & the staff was polite. Room was pretty clean and quiet. We never heard city noise & only heard other guests a couple of times. My primary complaint is that the rooms are TINY. I think they are even smaller than the listed square footage indicates because they have two huge armoires that take up much of the floor space. These armoires have no drawers so forget putting away your clothes so you can at least store your luggage out of the walkways. The room was clean, beds moderately comfortable (pillows & comforter could be better). Room service was great (fast & tasty). Overall, nothing that was absolutely terrible & surprising, but nothing great either. I wouldn't stay here again. Too many options in NYC to stay at a "meh" hotel.

Lovely historic hotel in a great location. Easy to get to 5th Avenue shopping and the theater district. Great for seeing Rockefeller Center tree.
