Omni Berkshire Place Hotel

From the moment we were met at reception until we checked out, we were welcomed and made to feel like we were appreciated. The rooms were well appointed and stocked. It was a very pleasant experience. The location is great right in the middle of midtown!

. Like WTF. Sandra apologized and switched my room for me and called someone at the very moment to make sure the new room has been cleaned. She asked if there was anything else, I brought up the USB-C, since I did end up buying another one at Apple, but chick gave me the wrong one! Sandra went and looked and voila - she lend me one. Hallelujah! But now, why couldn't Maria just offered this or do anything remotely helpful besides acting as though I am bothering her? Was it too much to ask for me to get a cleaned room? Is it because I won a night here, so they are punishing me to make me do more than what it is worth? Maria is ZERO stars - the worst front desk person in the world. When I checked out, Maria was there, she never apologized. I asked for Sandra, since I brought back the USB-C, and Maria said she'll tell Sandra. That was it - like why couldn't she be more helpful or even friendlier? MARIA is USELESS! Why is she working in front desk? But at least pillows and bed were good here.

Terrible spot with paper thin walls and zero frills. When we got to our floor, there was wet paint everywhere. There were no amenities, no mini fridge, no coffee machine. The beds were uncomfortable, not that it would matter due to noise. This hotel is totally inadequate for any major city.

My wife and I just returned from a long weekend getaway. The hotel is beautiful, but it's the people that make it special. Special shout out to JenniferTorres for helping make this trip a memorable one. Thanks to Danielle Lee for checking in with us during our stay. Jessica Munetz was a delight at the front desk, always helpful and always smiling! My wife and I enjoyed bantering back and forth with the bartender Demil. He has a great personality and is excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Everything from arrival to checkout was fabulous! From the greeting when we arrived, to the helpful staff upon departure. The room was clean and our view from the balcony was breathtaking. We will definitely return. Location was perfect and the nightcap in the hotel bar was a perfect ending.
