The Omni was a great experience for me and my 2 friends! They had very clean rooms (although a little dated) with helpful and kind staff. The hotel is located in the perfect spot if you want to be near 5th Ave shopping and avoiding the Times Square noise. I found it to be perfect as a first time visitor to NYC that wanted to visit things all over. It’s close enough to visit every area easily via walking or subway. It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The room was perfect for New York. Spacious and a great restaurant onsite. I'd highly recommend.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms or a coffee maker. You have to leave the hotel and walk several block to get a soda, coffee, or water. Then you can't keep your drinks cold in the room. And no, the overpriced restaurant in the lobby was not an option.

We had a wonderful experience at the Omni and hope to return. The hotel is very conveniently located but on a quieter side street. The hotel is beautiful and looks like it was recently remodeled or at least has been very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated with high-end touches, and very quiet. The doormen really made the experience extra special with their help getting taxis, giving walking directions, and helping with luggage (we had alot since we had a college move!), all with a sense of humor. We didn't go to the restaurant/bar but it looks gorgeous and the menu was reasonable and interesting (for NY). Really great hotel for a NYC getaway.

Love the hotel but some of the staff are rude, especially the tall guy in the restaurant! Speak TO your customers, not AT them as we aren’t aware of the rules. Also, each room should have a fridge and each floor should have a shared microwave!
