Exceptional Location, Seamless Stay — Thank You Timothy and Michelle
I stayed at the Park Lane Hotel New York and the location alone makes it worth it. Central Park is directly across the street, which changes the entire feel of your stay. You step outside and you’re immediately in one of the most beautiful parts of the city. For the price point, it’s a strong value, especially given where you are. My room had a great view, which made it feel a bit more elevated than I expected. The service was also notably good. I was in a rush to get to the opera when I arrived, and Michelle at the front desk handled everything quickly and smoothly. She was calm, efficient, and very kind, which made a difference in that moment. It was also my birthday, and the hotel left pastries and cookies in the room along with a handwritten card. It was simple, but thoughtful in a way that felt sincere rather than performative. And I do want to specifically mention Timothy, the doorman. I had more luggage than I should have, and he handled it effortlessly. Very professional, very helpful, and just someone who clearly takes pride in what he’s doing. Overall, it’s one of those places that gets the essentials right. Excellent location, good value, and a staff that feels genuinely attentive. I would absolutely stay here again.

EXCEPTIONAL STAFF! Truly warm and inviting people. From breakfast at Darling's in the AM to doormen when coming back around 2-3AM. We felt very welcome and taken care of.

Fantastic experience staying with our dog
The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We were so surprised to find the gifts that we found in the room for our dog. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.
