We love this hotel It is beautiful, spotless and the staff is sincere and really accommodating . We have been here several timees over the past two years and we intend to return

We love the Pendry Hotel West in Manhattan, one of our favorites. the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. everyone is very helpful. Having Harbor Yards in your backyard is also helpful, so many things to do!

Beautiful hotel in Hudson Yards with an elegant, modern design and warm natural finishes. The rooms are exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for New York City. The air conditioning is also fantastic — if you like to sleep in a very cold room, this hotel delivers. The staff was wonderful and very responsive. When I asked for a room fan, it was brought up almost immediately. Everything about the stay felt polished and comfortable without being stuffy. The location is excellent for Hudson Yards, the High Line, restaurants, and walking around the area. I would absolutely stay at the Pendry Manhattan West again.

We stayed at the Pendry Manhattan West for a single night for an event my wife and I attended. The experience is a true 5-star hotel experience and the hotel is exceptionally designed and very well kept. The staff were very kind, courteous, and professional, which made our stay even better. They are laser focused on the guest experience and it shows. We enjoyed the in room dining which was very timely and well made! Food was hot and had fantastic flavor, and service was very prompt. Special shout out to Josh at Bar Pendry who made some incredible cocktails and also managed to almost effortlessly serve a full bar and lounge by himself. If you’re looking for a midtown hotel that prioritizes you as a guest, look no further

Absolutely amazing! When we found out it was a Montage owned property we were not surprised at all. The service level was elite, which can be hard to come by in Manhattan even at 5 star hotels. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and I didn’t have time to take pictures before the event, the girls at the Front Desk were so sweet to take photos of me, really good pictures at that! we also had an issue with AC in our room and they were very quick to fix it as we were experiencing 80° in the room. our the boy was so awesome. His name is Dean, very hospitable and friendly. breakfast was amazing and delicious and super quick. the Fitness area was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel we will definitely come back and stay again.
