Staff is excellent.
We have stayed here about six times in the last three years . Never dissatisfied rather the opposite. The staff is attentive , the rooms are what you get in NYC small but well designed . Walkable location with a convenient subway stop near by . Restaurant ( quite good ) next door . We are spoiled and choose to stay here without a second thought . Now it is in the Hilton Club point share program . You may get asked or bribed to go to a sales pitch . The folks are pleasant and understand “ no “

Great location and staff!
Exceeded expectations. We had a very small room but it was well equipped. The location is fantastic with subway stations close by. The door men were there all the time, super friendly, and very helpful when needed. Also chatted with other workers from front desk to housekeeping. Planning on staying again!

Lovely hotel and location
Lovely hotel, great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfy bed, Coffee and tea facilities, water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in bathroom, hairdryer, safe and clothes steamer. Would recommend

Lovely hotel in terrific location. Convenient to Central Park and easy walk to Broadway. Easy subway access to multiple lines. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was terrific. Nespresso machine in roomand is complementary. Mattress is fine , pillows need to be replaced.
