A rather tired with a tiny pool.
We found the decor in the hotel to be tired and the ambience was not helped by the flickering light in the elevator. It is in a good central location, but not the prettiest with all the new construction around it at present.

Pool Service Terrible
The hotel was very nice. Large clean room and the staff for the most part was great. The pool, although small and crowded, was a nice experience (LOTS of small children so not a good choice for peace and quiet). The biggest downside was the pool service staff. Extremely inattentive and unhelpful. The food was brought to you in a cardboard takeout box with a few paper cocktail napkins. Not an enjoyable experience AT ALL!! And certainly not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Loved Everything About This Hotel!
I had an amazing stay at Royalton Park Avenue. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with super comfortable beds and great city views. I especially loved the rooftop pool and bar — such a great vibe and the views of the Empire State Building are unreal. Everyone I interacted with — from the front desk to housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about making sure guests have a great experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to NYC. Highly recommend!

Great NYC hotel in a great location
We had a lovely stay at the Royalton Park Avenue. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was amazing, and our check-in and checkout processes were made all the more pleasant thanks to Michelle and her warm customer service.
