Perfect NYC Hotel
We had such a lovely experience here! We lucked out with an upgraded room that was incredible. Huge corner of the building patio terrace with great views. The staff were kind and attentive, room service was prompt and delicious. The location was convenient to several subway lines.

Loved Staying at The Royalton, Park Avenue
I absolutely loved staying at The Royalton, Park Avenue. The rooms we’re spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed. The staff were wonderful especially Lewis. And to top off everything that was great, the location was also fabulous. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I really love the Royalton Park Avenue. Besides the location being great, the hotel is really nice and the staff is always very nice and attentive. I have stayed her many times in the past and just started staying here again and love it. I was impressed the rooftop pool was heated! The rooftop bar is really nice to have onsite.
