Poor value for the price
Location was fine but the rooms were poorly furnished with old stained chairs and dressers. The pillows were saggy and thin.The paid breakfast was not served with milk or spoons at the table. No self serve ice. No coffee machine in the room. Not the 5 star environment and amenities

Reasonably nice property, visit marred by bad staff attitude
Reasonable hotel, but the stay was marred by some bad attitude from some of the staff, and a serious problem when one of the staff lied to me about an issue to do with cancelling a future stay

Nice property in a good location
Surprisingly nice property with great friendly staff. Close to subway, nice rooftop restaurant and bar, good room size.

Lovely location
Lovely place! The bathroom was immaculate and spacious. Restaurant staff could be better trained. Celiac folks - they can accommodate you but you will have to advocate like hell!!!!

Ok but felt ripped off
Great location close to Empire State Building and Madison Square Gardens. Hotel is a little dated and furniture is tired looking compared to the photos shown. Reception team very welcoming however we found the bar staff very rude and disrespectful. Watch out for the extra $48 daily charge they add to your bill alongside the city taxes extra to use the facilities’ - this being showel gel and towels in your room! I’d look elsewhere for cheaper options who don’t include this extra charge
