Perfect location to stay in NYC for a business or vacation trip. Subway in 1 min walking distance, coffee and food shops only a few steps away. You can walk to Penn or Grand Central (10-12 min). The hotel rooms are well designed and good for 2 people. 3 or more people in all regular rooms and also the suite have to sleep on the sofa which is not quite comfortable at all for adults. Rooms are very quite, even those at Park Av. No elevator noice or sound from other appartments which appears to be rare in NYC. Amazing: the view on Empire State from the outdoor pool at the roof top terrasse! Very kind service at the front desk upon arrival and check-out. Extremely good & flexible housekeeping services! Room was cleaned perfectly every day and stuff was very flexible about the timing. Unfortunately, bar service at the breakfast lounge (roof top) was not taking care about complimentary coffee (nice service but almost standard in that category) in the morning which quickly run out and wasn't renewed even after notification by guest (3 out of 6 days). Somehow rude announcement not to eat own food at the roof top bar and drink the complimentary coffee outside.

Lovely location clean and great swimming pool. Coffee on tap and rooms spacious and clean. Staff helpful would go again. Celebrated a birthday and cake left in room with fizz thank you. Beds comfortable and not too far to walk to central manhattan

Everything was very comfortable, the area is cool and the people very nice. We arrived and the guy at the check in was very nice explaining the area around the hotel. The room was cleaning everyday, the area of the hotel is perfect to visit the city but not too crowded and we really appreciated. The rooftop was cool but we didn’t use it during our stay

The hotel lobby and rooftop lounge are very nice, the rooms are ok but could be updated. The staff were very polite and professional. The 'fitness center" was a joke - it was an old suite they just turned into a gym - the sconces that were on the bed sides were still on the wall and they threw free weights and an old cable machine in one side of the room and the other side, that used ti be the separate seating area, had a few treadmills (1 broken) and 2 Pelotons (1 would not power on and the other was broken).
