Great location & staff but tired hotel

Great location and staff were mostly helpful and upbeat. Pool is usually crowded with only a few loungers given the number of residents. Rooms are very tired, torn sheets, chipped furniture, grey curtains. But bed is comfy, and bathroom spacious.

What a great hotel. Staff, rooms are perfect and the pool! So great. And the tub. Nice long soaker at the end the night. I did worry my wife was going to steal the mattress, as it was super comfy

The Royalton Park Avenue is a beautiful hotel with a lovely rooftop pool and bar area. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed a lovely balcony in addition to a spacious king size bed, large couch and chair, and neat desk. The bathroom was luxurious with a separate tub and shower. Loved the large double sink and ample counter space. We had a wonderful stay with other family in town and the location made public transit so convenient. Highly recommend a stay for couples, family, or business.

Hotel stay was great! Paul had such warm hospitality and service! Large and clean rooms with tons of amenities! Nice and quiet atmosphere! Very friendly staff !!!
