I am currently staying here. I love it! Very nice staff. Front desk staff Gilbert and Josè and Kenia are great!

stayed here for a week as newly renovated and I am Diamond status. booked a superior room for seven nights via the app. arrived around 1:30. informed room not ready yet (not surprised as early). told would be called when room ready. came back at 4:30 on own accord without any phone call. received an upgrade to the skyline room on the 24th floor. room is similar in size to the others but much higher up. Superior rooms usually on floor 14 or lower, luxury 15-19 and skyline up to the 28th. unfortunately for us housekeeping dropped the ball. room was not fully ready after we arrived. - washroom garbage still full from prior guest - only one face towel in washroom - no slippers in room - bed not made up as requested for Scandinavian sleep method ( two separate duvets. hotel was emailed prior to arrival - phone has no labelled buttons so i had to call the hotel on my cellphone to get a hold of guest services. housekeeping quickly came up and fixed all the issues. also, no welcome gift in room. called front desk and told might be later that day or tomorrow. of course tomorrow came and nothing in room. talked to Ben the day manager and he apologized and comped us an appetizer in the bar. front desk also messed up on our second last night. we came back on the afternoon to find housekeeping remaking our bed as the front desk informed housekeeping we had checked out and housekeeping saw our possessions in the room after clearing the bed and realized the error. they were great in rectifying any housekeeping issues Room is very quiet from neighbours and outside noise. only noise heard is slamming of doors from other guests. housekeeping staff otherwise was very good. had drinks and Diamond breakfast at the bar/ restaurant and service was always great. Diamond Accor members receive breakfast on weekends and they allowed us up to 100 USD per guest for breakfast. this is a lot of food you can get complimentary with good portions and variety as well. great location 2 blocks from Times square and red and orange line MTA stations 2 blocks away from hotel. would definitely recommend this as a good New York base and will be back next year

Stayed 4 nights and can say what a fabulous hotel this is, the service and staff are fantastic, work hard and always have a smile and hello for you. The breakfast is excellent a good choice and well cooked again with excellent service. The location is perfect as not right in TS but a very short walk away from the hustle and bustle .. but pleased to be away from it.. close to lots of bars and restaurants etc.. would highly recommend . Thanks and we will be back…

I just want to mention that my housekeeping attendant made my stay really good! Very nice service from Shuyi Zhang! MERCI BEAUCOUP. For few other things, i have left my comments to the receptionist.

From check in to check out the entire staff was exceptional. The room, the bar, Restaurant and front desk were so attentive. There was not a single need, question or cleanliness of room not met. The professionalism of the G.M. Dieter Schmitz shines through the whole hotel. Thank you one and all for my magical visit!
