Sofitel New York

Only 2 of 4 elevators were working. I spent an inordinate amount of time waiting for or being packed into lifts. Otherwise a decent location and pretty clean rooms. But for this price I expect the elevators to work.

I have stayed at hotels throughout New York City, but my experience at the Sofitel New York was truly exceptional. The level of service, both throughout the hotel and in the restaurant, was beyond anything I have experienced in the city. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly special. It is rare to find a hotel where the commitment to outstanding service is so evident. The Sofitel has set a new standard for hospitality in New York City. I cannot praise the staff enough and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. We will certainly return!

We had such a wonderful breakfast experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Benny. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He was attentive throughout our entire breakfast and made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and his service truly made our morning more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who is this friendly, attentive, and passionate about providing great service. Benny is truly an asset to the team, and we really appreciated all his help.
