The Soho Grand is located in Manhattan’s most iconic neighborhood. It was the first hotel built in SoHo in over a century and quickly became an integral part of the neighborhood’s fabric. Sprawling artists’ lofts and elegant cast iron architecture rise over charming cobblestone streets and historic bottle glass detailed sidewalks. Industrial and raw, SoHo’s reputation for creativity and culture has inspired individuals for decades and with countless options, visitors can choose between world famous art galleries, shops, bars, and restaurants while being minutes away from the city’s legendary landmarks and attractions.

Love the SoHo Grand. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is a hot spot with yummy restaurants and a gorgeous cocktail lounge that everyone wants to get into! The gym is small but adequate and I was the only one in there. Can’t wait to go back.

Good: The hotel was awesome and my stay itself was amazing. The staff throughout my visit were incredibly accommodating, and my room was extremely clean. Post Stay: I want to be clear that this review is not about my stay. It's based entirely on the post-stay service, specifically, trying to receive my final receipts and folio after checkout. Unfortunately, that experience was some of the worst customer service I've dealt with, and it's the reason I can't give a higher rating. I checked out on Monday, August 3rd, and have been trying to get my folio ever since. After a week of calls, here's how it went today. At 12:40 PM PT, the front desk associate answered, asked why I was calling, and — the moment I said I needed a folio — hung up on me. The receiver going down was loud and clear. I called back three minutes later, at 12:43 PM, and asked why they'd hung up instead of just putting me on hold. Rather than owning a simple mistake, the associate acted as if they hadn't been the one who just answered. A manager was put on the line, and instead of apologizing, they asked me, the customer, to identify which staff member I'd spoken to, then told me "there are only two people working, so you narrow it down." The calls were three minutes apart. There was no reason for that runaround except to avoid accountability. When I stood up for myself, the manager tried to tone-police me and told me to calm down. At one point, because I'd referred to the associate as "he," the manager treated that as grounds to dismiss my complaint entirely. I have no way of knowing a staff member's gender over the phone, and using it to sidestep a legitimate issue was absurd. All of this over a folio that was already a week late.
