Soho Grand Review

I had a great time at the Soho Grand Hotel. The Hotel had a fantastic vibe that can only be matched by their customer service which was provided by Leidy. She was so accomodating and enhanced my guest experience. Look forward to coming back.

Our New York Home Base — We'll Be Back

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

My wife and I just wrapped up a long weekend at the SoHo Grand — Wednesday through Sunday — and honestly, it's already cemented itself as our go-to New York hotel. The location is hard to beat. SoHo is one of those neighbourhoods that just pulls you in, whether you're strolling through the side streets, browsing the boutiques, or simply people-watching from a café. Shoppers especially will love it — the area is a dream. The room was fantastic. Comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed — everything you'd hope for from a hotel of this calibre. The bar and restaurant were equally impressive; the kind of place where you find yourself lingering longer than planned because the drinks are great and the vibe is even better. We were on the 12th floor facing One World Trade Center. The view was breathtaking!!! The highlight for us, though, was the SoHo Diner for breakfast. Genuinely one of the best breakfast experiences we've had in New York. The kind of meal that puts you in a good mood for the entire day. I thought it was amazing. We're already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend.

Home away from home in the heart of SoHo

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Stay here almost every time I’m in the city and it really feels like a home away from home. Super close to a lot of the things I like to do and conveniently located near several subways. I always ask for a room with an armoire since the rooms with a closet (I believe corner) have more limited storage. Second floor is a nice spot to grab a drink or get some work done on cozy couches and it’s never too crowded during the day. Special shout out to JJ (Joanne) my housekeeper who greeted me nearly every morning on my way out and asked when I’d like service or if I needed anything special. Truly a nice personal touch.

A wonderful stay at the Soho Grand Hotel

We enjoyed our stay so much at this hotel for our mother-daughter weekend away! We especially would like to call out the front desk member, Bryson. Bryson was amazing, he was so helpful in getting us situated at the hotel, made sure that we enjoyed the complementary prosecco, and gave us wonderful recommendations to enjoy in the area, including our new favorite brunch spot, Bubby’s.
