Classic Soho House Energy in the Heart of New York
A proper New York experience with that unmistakable Soho House character. The setting feels creative yet relaxed, with a good balance between members’ club comfort and city buzz. Food was well executed, simple and confident, and the service discreet but attentive. A strong choice whether for meetings, a quiet corner to work, or an easy dinner with friends.

Absolutely terrible
I came here expecting to be welcomed and served like everyone else, but instead, I was completely ignored. Every waiter walked past me without offering so much as a glass of water. As the only Black woman there, it felt especially disrespectful and isolating. At one point, I was speaking with another guest when a waiter interrupted our conversation just to greet her and offer her a menu — completely disregarding me. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. Do better.

Unprofessional staff
The manager at the front desk, called Michael, was unprofessional in handling a simple capacity issue. He quickly became flustered during a simple conversation and was unable to handle the situation. Many people noticed this. Soho House used to be a very good club, but not anymore, although two other people at the reception tried to help."

Ny SH nice , not SH London
SH New York reflect the city , elegant and ‘energetic’, amazing service and people ! Unfortunately in London SH reflect to the city and it is shabby ! Kids who pay peanuts spend all day on the sofa studying chatting and drink alcohol ! Alcohol in UK is ‘an habit quite culture’ and , unfortunately again , it is so unfair and annoying !
