The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel

We recently stayed at The Surrey Hotel and it was beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping to the door staff—was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was a standout—delicious and beautifully presented—and felt like such a natural extension of the care and quality the hotel put into everything else. The location was also perfect. On a quieter street a stone's throw form the park, it gave us the peace and calm away from the busy city we were hoping for, but still made it super easy to get to midtown or downtown whenever we wanted. The best of everything NYC has to offer. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed—if you've ever stayed at any of the Corinthia brand hotels, the same thoughtful and elegant design elements were ever present. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and can’t wait to experience even more of what The Surrey has to offer. It was a truly memorable trip.

I really had good time here at surrey . Being a nurse I really appreciate their housekeeping cleanliness especially room attendant Lakpa Doma very polite and professional also here everyone very kind and nice I met Diana she was also very nice and helpful from IRD love it everything. So will visit again thankyou for caring us

The Surrey is the BEST hotel with the BEST staff. Our family did not want to leave! They spoiled our daughter for her birthday weekend, they truly went out of their way to make her feel so special. From decorating the room and surprising her with sweet gifts, for every sweet conversation and smiles every time she would walk through the lobby, they just really knew how to make her feel special. From the sweetest front desk staff to the friendly doormen, the complimentary car service, the ever so helpful concierge.. the cleaning crew… they just do it all so well. TOP KNOTCH service. The suite was BREATHTAKING , spacious and so comfortable. We slept so peacefully, you can’t even tell you are in the city because the location is so quiet! It is in the best location- Central Park nearby, great restaurants, great shopping and beautiful architecture! We couldn’t ask for a better spot in the city to come back to and relax after trekking around the city. It’s such a gem of a place and by far our most favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. Our six year old daughter is already requesting another visit to the Surrey next year. And we will be back! Big thanks to the Surrey for making our whole stay truly unforgettable.

The Surrey is a great Hotel. I walk by in the mornings and I'm always greeted by the warm and beautiful smile of Howard the Security Officer. He's so pleasant as well as Julio the doorman. Howard and Julio make an amazing team. Julio gave me a quick tour of the Surrey. The guest room was impressive, the lobby was immaculate, and the spa had a tranquil vibe. Definitely worth a staycation.
