Thompson Central Park New York

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was in excellent condition throughout my visit. The customer service was outstanding—every member of the team was friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, excellent service, and a great location made for a wonderful stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Nice hotel with excellent location, friendly staff, and spacious room. The room was also much quieter than we expected considering the location. We did run into a couple of issues. 1) The pendant light above the coffee nook wouldn't turn off. The maintenance person couldn't figure it out and suggested that we unscrew the light bulb. That's the fix for the duration of our stay. 2) The shower has a half glass screen. It's a design that we've seen a lot lately. No matter what we did with the rain shower or the handheld wand, the floor outside the shower got sopping wet. It's just an awful design.

Our stay was impeccable, as always, which is why this hotel remains our first choice whenever we visit New York. From the moment we arrive until the time we depart, every aspect of the experience consistently exceeds our expectations. Over the years, we have never had a single disappointing stay. The accommodations are exceptional, the attention to detail is remarkable, and the service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. This is truly a first-rate, world-class hotel that delivers first-class service in every respect. A perfect location, walking distance to the Broadway theaters without having to stay in the Times Square area and it's very close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Carnegie Hall, City Center, MOMA, shopping, restaurants, etc with easy access to subways. Two parking garages right next door. The Studio Suite King was large and modern. The bed was super comfortable with crisp Sferra sheets. Justin at the front desk was amazing. He helped with a special request and was pleasant and very attentive from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. A++ for Justin. He really helped to make our stay a success.

Our stay at the Thompson Central Park exceeded our expectations! We felt welcomed and cared for the entire time. We came as a family of four with two young children. The location was perfect for us - just a couple of blocks from the playground in Central Park! I wasn't sure if the lounge would be worth it, but it absolutely was! The food was really good, and it was so helpful to pop in for snacks with our children and relax. They also have a delicious coffee machine in there. All of the staff there are so helpful and kind! This will now be our go-to hotel every single time we visit NYC!
