Trump Hotel Central Park

My husband and I recently did an overnighter at Trump International Hotel for my birthday. Being New Yorkers and both working in the city it’s not something we normally do. However, I must say our experience at Trump International Hotel was top-shelf from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal being centrally located, and facing Central Park. There are beautiful restaurants and shopping nearby all within walking distance. There are carriage rides, paddling in Central Park, museums and galleries as well. We spent our morning do a couples massage, which was one of the best massages I had. The spa has a sauna and steam room, and there is an indoor heated pool, as well as a weight room if you like to work out. The spa room was decorated for my birthday, and the staff hand wrote a card for me, and gave us both welcome gift bags. The masseuses met all our needs. If you want to feel pampered, partake in the spa and all its amenities. Afterwards we strolled Central Park, and spent most of our afternoon there. When we went to check into our room we were informed that we were upgraded with a suite facing the city. The room was exquisite with floor to ceiling windows, a crystal chandelier and high end appliances, as well as a bottle of champagne to celebrate. They also offer turn down service in the evening. We felt no need to leave the hotel for dinner since Jean George is well-known for his unique creations and impeccable food. We dined at Nougatine for my birthday, and the whole experience was incredible. You have to try the warm shrimp salad it is truly amazing, the molten chocolate cake, which was truly decadent and delightful. Both my husband and I loved our experience so much that we both agreed we would do this again! The level of excellence experienced here is astounding in this age. There was a kindness warmth and top level hospitality I’ve not experienced in 2 decades as a FHR member. This is old school service that used to exist in this world but so rarely does. Felt like hospitality back when things mattered, when people took pride in their jobs and when staff actually cared about you and helping you. Special thanks to manager Roger and front desk Said and so many others during my short stay when my flight was cancelled. The rooms was spotless the amenities top notch I now know that this is the place I’ll always return to when I’m in New York. I urge you to come here and experience what true hospitality feels like.

Our stay at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York was an absolute masterclass in luxury and hospitality right on the edge of Central Park. From the moment we checked in, the staff at every level truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. ​We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was breathtaking—spacious, impeccably designed, meticulously cleaned, and whisper quiet while offering stunning views of Central Park and the City that made waking up in the city a dream. Since we were there celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, the hotel added several wonderful personal touches. They provided a complimentary bottle of champagne along with a heartfelt, handwritten note from the Guest Services team (shoutout to Francis Calderon for the lovely message!), which made us feel incredibly valued. ​A true highlight of our stay was the dining. We opted for in-room dining from the hotel’s 2-star Michelin restaurant, and the experience was exceptional. The meal was of the highest quality and was perfectly laid out on our in-room dining table, allowing us to enjoy a world-class dinner in the comfort and privacy of our suite. ​It’s these thoughtful details and the commitment to excellence that transform a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you are looking for a high-end experience in NYC where you are treated like a priority, this is the place. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our milestone!

The Trump International Hotel is an absolute gem in NYC! It's located right at Central Park South giving you great access to Central Park, Lincoln Center & many other notable sites. The staff at Trump International are welcoming, courteous & professional. Rooms are generously sized, well appointed and well maintained. Nougatine and Jean Georges restaurants are fantastic. If you are looking for a great hotel with a great location, look no further than Trump International Hotel. You will be glad you did!!

Hotel Location is perfect. Suite is wonderful, space, appliances, everything. The bed and pillows are the best. The room view was amazing. Room service like Royalty family. Cleaning excellent.
