Trump Hotel Central Park

The staff was very accommodating and truly interested in our well being while there. A lot of the staff has worked there for 20+ years and are happy to do so. Spacious rooms in immaculate condition. Location is perfect. Daily morning runs at Central Park followed by great workouts at the hotel's well equipped gym. Whole Foods across the street and subway station right outside the hotel steps makes for a comfortable and convenient stay in NYC.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower New York is a GREAT place for personal or business stay. It is located in a great area as well as the staff and available services being Top Notch from check-in to departure. Rooms are outstanding and many of which include a wonderful view of Central Park. You certainly won't go wrong making a reservation at this location in the future.

Above and beyond experience... Im going to be honest, I live in the rural South East, and I prefer more quiet and laid back places. I come to New York a few times a year to see shows, shopping and the good food, but im not particularly the biggest fan of it. Staying at the Trump, honestly it changes my view. We went 3 months ago and stayed at the Trump and new this would be our go to from now on. We brought a couple with us this time. Got a bigger suite. Literally just 1 night to get dinner. We were blown away, they were blown away. Trump International makes new York a completely different experience. Ultimate luxury and staff that make you feel like royalty. Thats the best way to describe it. You feel like royalty when you stay here. I will be back some time in November or December to see Tom Felton when he comes to broadway, and the Trump is the only thing as an option for accommodations in my eyes

My family had an absolutely, fantastic vacation & all-around experience @ Trump International Tower in Manhattan, NYC! From entering the hotel on the 1st day to leaving the hotel on the 5th day, we were treated like royalty by every member of the hotel staff. In room dining was delicious. Our room overlooking Central Park was majestic. We’d like to thank the staff for making our NYC vacation the best experience possible!!

I stayed at Trump Hotel expecting a luxury experience — what I got was a nightmare. The air conditioning in my room was completely broken during a brutal New York summer. I reported the issue three times, and no one responded for over 12 hours — by then, half my stay was already over. Staff tried to brush it off, saying “it’s just hot outside,” while the lobby and hallways were cool. Only my room felt like a sauna. This was not a minor issue — it was a complete failure of basic hospitality and customer service. People work hard and save for months to visit New York and stay in hotels like this. To be met with indifference and excuses is unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again — not even for free.
