Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

We had an excellent experience, from booking to arrival to departure. Rooms are large. Staff are competent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the Park. Location is excellent.

We loved our stay with you all. Alice was amazing and took such great care of our family for the entire week! We will be back soon and hope to stay on the 16th floor!!! 1610! Our room was amazing and felt like a second home in the loving arms of Alice.

Unacceptable treatment of a family with an infant — avoid if you actually need your room We booked through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts specifically for the early check-in benefit, and requested it well in advance. We arrived around 9 AM with our 6-month-old baby and were left waiting in the lobby for hours with no real updates. When I asked the front desk if we could simply wait in a room — any room — while ours was being finished, the request was flatly and rudely refused. There was no effort to accommodate a family traveling with an infant, no empathy, no urgency. The lobby itself has only about four chairs, and at one point I was reduced to trying to rest there while we waited. By the time we were finally given a room, hours later, it was disappointing — small, with a cramped bathroom and shower that felt more like a roadside motel than a 5-star property. And even then, hotel staff were still trying to sort out our room situation as late as 3 PM, nearly six hours after we’d arrived. For a property charging 5-star prices and marketing FHR benefits, this was a 5-star failure in basic hospitality. A hotel that can’t manage a confirmed early check-in request — and treats a family with a sleeping infant this dismissively — doesn’t deserve the rating it currently has. I’d think twice before booking here again, FHR or not. If the Trump name is supposed to signal luxury, this stay was the opposite. Buyer beware — what’s promised and what’s delivered are two very different things here

We had a marvelous one bedroom suite with a kitchen and a fantastic view on Central Park. This Hotel have an ideal location at Colombus circle: -A pretty shopping center. -An Organic Whole foods market. -A CVS. -A Target... we 're at ten minutes walk from the fifth avenue. The value for money is the best of the hotels overlooking Central Park.Every room can have a SUV at your disposal when available to take a ride inside the city. The concierge services is very efficient and all the staff are very friendly. The breakfast at Jean Georges is delicious and you could order in your room Jean Georges Nougatine restaurant dinner.Thank you so much for your kindness.Cheers.

Every single time we stay we are blown away at the customer service, assistance, food, views, staff... every detail amazing. And this time was no different! Flew in for work, brought my daughter, we had excellent service daily! Thank you all and to James out front, our favorite way to be welcomed to NYC every time. We will continue to send all our contacts here when they fly in!
