The level of excellence experienced here is astounding in this age. There was a kindness warmth and top level hospitality I’ve not experienced in 2 decades as a FHR member. This is old school service that used to exist in this world but so rarely does. Felt like hospitality back when things mattered, when people took pride in their jobs and when staff actually cared about you and helping you. Special thanks to manager Roger and front desk Said and so many others during my short stay when my flight was cancelled. The rooms was spotless the amenities top notch I now know that this is the place I’ll always return to when I’m in New York. I urge you to come here and experience what true hospitality feels like.

Our stay at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York was an absolute masterclass in luxury and hospitality right on the edge of Central Park. From the moment we checked in, the staff at every level truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. ​We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was breathtaking—spacious, impeccably designed, meticulously cleaned, and whisper quiet while offering stunning views of Central Park and the City that made waking up in the city a dream. Since we were there celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, the hotel added several wonderful personal touches. They provided a complimentary bottle of champagne along with a heartfelt, handwritten note from the Guest Services team (shoutout to Francis Calderon for the lovely message!), which made us feel incredibly valued. ​A true highlight of our stay was the dining. We opted for in-room dining from the hotel’s 2-star Michelin restaurant, and the experience was exceptional. The meal was of the highest quality and was perfectly laid out on our in-room dining table, allowing us to enjoy a world-class dinner in the comfort and privacy of our suite. ​It’s these thoughtful details and the commitment to excellence that transform a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you are looking for a high-end experience in NYC where you are treated like a priority, this is the place. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our milestone!

The Trump International Hotel is an absolute gem in NYC! It's located right at Central Park South giving you great access to Central Park, Lincoln Center & many other notable sites. The staff at Trump International are welcoming, courteous & professional. Rooms are generously sized, well appointed and well maintained. Nougatine and Jean Georges restaurants are fantastic. If you are looking for a great hotel with a great location, look no further than Trump International Hotel. You will be glad you did!!

Hotel Location is perfect. Suite is wonderful, space, appliances, everything. The bed and pillows are the best. The room view was amazing. Room service like Royalty family. Cleaning excellent.

Wonderful Family Stay at Trump Hotel We had a wonderful two-night stay at Trump Hotel, marking our fourth visit—and it somehow continues to get better each time. This year, we stayed to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday, and he specifically requested Trump Hotel because of how memorable our past experiences have been. From the moment we booked our stay, the staff went above and beyond. Before we even arrived, I received an email offering to decorate our room with balloons or other birthday décor. They also surprised us with a complimentary cake to celebrate our son, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the staff. The valet and bellmen were incredibly engaging and friendly with our children, and they recognized us throughout the weekend—asking about our day and wishing our son a happy birthday. It was so refreshing to stay at a hotel where guests with children are genuinely welcomed and treated so kindly. The housekeeping staff was truly exceptional—the best I’ve seen in years. They went above and beyond to keep our room spotless, organized, and well-stocked with linens. Their attention to detail and extra effort really stood out. We visited the pool and spa every day. Our kids loved the pool (especially knowing there was a lifeguard on duty), and the adults took turns enjoying the beautiful, relaxing spa. I highly recommend making time for this space during your stay. We were also fortunate enough to dine at Jean-George's restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. Both the service and the food completely blew us away. Overall, this was an amazing stay from start to finish. Trump Hotel is by far our favorite hotel in NYC, and we will absolutely be returning soon. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay—and our son’s birthday—so special.
