Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

Clean, beautiful, food was excellent. One of my top 1% hotels with excellent service.

We were so excited to try this restaurant while staying at the Trump International Hotel, but unfortunately we will not be back. First, I want to say that the servers and bartenders were GREAT. Our issue was not with them at all. I ordered a $36 burger and asked for it well done. When it came out, it was rare. I sent it back expecting a new burger to be prepared correctly. Instead, they brought me back the SAME burger I had already cut in half and simply cooked it longer — with the tomato and all of the toppings still on it. At that point the toppings were hot and disgusting, so I removed everything and tried to eat some of the burger anyway. Once I got to the center, it was STILL rare. We decided to leave and asked to speak with the manager before we did. His response was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. He basically told us there was nothing he could do because they had “followed process.” There was no real attempt to make the situation right or even acknowledge why we were unhappy. For a $36 burger at a restaurant of this caliber, I don’t think expecting it to be cooked the way it was ordered or expecting a fresh burger after sending back an undercooked one — is unreasonable. The Trump International Hotel itself has been AMAZING and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The servers and bartenders at the restaurant were also wonderful. Unfortunately, the restaurant management completely ruined an experience we had really been looking forward to. This happened on August 7, 2026.

This is my Go To Hotel when I Travel to NYC..You can't beat the location by Central Park...Hotel has an Intimate feel and EXCELLENT SERVICE...Nice to have a Full Kitchen in the room..

The Most "Wonderful" Hotel stay I have ever Experienced! The Staff is so Gracious & Professional. Can't wait to come back for this Holiday Season. It was a Memorable stay for my 2 young Granddaughters and me...their Grandma!

The most wonderful part of our NYC experience was at this hotel! The hotel staff especially the Bell men, front door attendants, Lifeguard Jeremy at the pool and Front desk attendant Astasia showed exemplary service even upgrading our stay because I had booked a King room with a Park view but the only room left, left the views obstructed. They were able to accommodate us to an upgraded room with better views of the City side of the hotel giving us a room that met beyond my expectations. If you’re wanting to get away from the huge crowds and noise of Time Square, Trump International Hotel in New York City is the place to stay! Great for families with kids as they give a complimentary bag with things to do including a water bottle to each child and even have a Central Park Statue Scavenger Hunt that your child will receive a prize at the end of the scavenger hunt. My child received a Taxi Lego Set! This hotel stay was well worth the money and each room is beautifully designed as they gave us a tour of several rooms on the property so we could decide which room would better fit our needs our next NYC stay. I would highly recommend saving up a little extra money just to stay at any of Trump International Hotels . I can’t wait to stay at another one of Trump’s Hotels in several cities and countries including Ireland and England. So seriously put all your politics aside because honestly Trumps Hotels will not disappoint.
