Great family birthday celebration
We had an exceptional experience. Everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for not just my experience but that of my 11 year old daughter as well. I cannot stress enough the genuineness of all the people we met. It made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Like I was in my father’s home. We will absolutely be coming back in the summer and can’t wait to explore more of our favorite city. P.S. our bellhop Jesus found out I was in town celebrating my 50th birthday with my wife and daughter when he brought our luggage up to our room and by the time we got back from a late lunch we had a bottle of TRUMP red wine waiting for me in our room with a handwritten note from the whole team. (It took me two days but I finished it off on my own since neither my wife or daughter drink wine! lol)

NYC excellent visit
Exceeded expectation. First, the staff was welcoming and were very helpful the entire trip. The accommodations were excellent. The location is perfect for all midtown activities. Lastly the fitness center and spa are a do not miss experience. We will definitely stay again.

Welcoming staff and will definitely return
Fantastic experience. Clean room, incredible view, comfortable bed, and stand-out service. Staff was sincerely friendly - not pretentious - and always welcomed us back to the hotel after being out. Definitely will return.
