Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

We had a great stay thanks to the staff and hard product. We have tried a few different brands/hotels in NY but we'll be back here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Trump International Hotel & Tower New York. Our corner one-bedroom suite on a higher floor was outstanding — spacious, spotless, and beautifully positioned with incredible panoramic views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. Waking up to those views was truly special. The suite had an incredible amount of storage and closet space — honestly, enough for royalty! What really elevated our stay, though, was the service. Anastasia at the front desk was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel well taken care of. Those personal touches make such a difference in a luxury hotel experience. We also had dinner at Jean-Georges, which was exquisite and an absolute must for a special occasion or romantic date night. We chose the six-course menu for two, which was more than enough and beautifully executed. A special thank-you to Ed, who took wonderful care of us. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history and inspiration behind Jean-Georges’ creations. He made the entire dining experience even more memorable. There were just two areas that could use improvement. The bathroom in our one-bedroom suite was surprisingly small and felt dated compared with the rest of the suite. There was very little counter space, and it honestly felt smaller than some of the closets in the room. Room service was also a disappointment. While convenient, the food simply did not live up to the quality we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. That said, these were relatively minor drawbacks in an otherwise exceptional stay. Between the spectacular views, beautiful and spacious suite, outstanding service, and unforgettable dinner at Jean-Georges, we left with wonderful memories and would absolutely return.

I still believe that there is no place like home. The Trump International in Manhattan comes very close however . My wife and I had a beyond wonderful experience . From the moment we arrived until departure it was perfect. Front desk , luggage coordination , room size cleanliness and housekeeping surpass all the other hotels in New York that were have stayed in . Great location . The view of Central Park is magazine worthy. We will stay there anytime we are in New York .

Excellent hotel in all areas! The service is top notch and every employee is friendly, kind, and very willing to help in any way. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping is excellent and so considerate of your schedule. The location (near Central Park) is perfect! Room service is THE BEST and always arrives on the time you provide them to the minute! The bellmen outside are enthusiastic and so helpful with getting rides and making sure you know how to get where you are going. This is by far our favorite hotel in NYC!

Perfect hospitality in a great location. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Trump international hotel.
