Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

Great hotel in a fantastic location with superb service from front desk to doorman. Everyone was friendly,courteous and could not do enough for you. The rooms are simply brilliant. Large with understated decor that include a wonderful,fully stocked kitchenette. We have stayed recently at Penninsula,Bangkok and The Towers at Encore Wynn in Las Vegas. Have to say, the Trump beats them both in terms of friendliness and services. I usually don’t write reviews but, felt I should as the service my husband and I received at our recent 6 night stay ,made our trip to NYC memorable. We will only stay at Trump hotels .

Our six-night stay at Trump International Hotel New York was truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming—on a completely different level from other luxury hotels in the area. Every single team member greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Our 37-month-old daughter looked forward to saying hello to the lobby staff every morning. They always greeted her with smiles and such warmth, which brought so much joy to our family and made our trip even more special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming. It felt luxurious without ever feeling intimidating, making it an ideal place for families, couples, and business travelers alike. Despite being in the heart of Manhattan, the hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep throughout our stay. The room and all public areas were impeccably clean, and housekeeping maintained the room to an exceptionally high standard every day. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed panoramic view of Central Park. The hotel’s location was also perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Having a fully equipped kitchen in the room was another major advantage and made our stay much more comfortable and efficient. Considering the outstanding service, spectacular Central Park views, spacious accommodations, impeccable cleanliness, and prime location, we felt the hotel offered excellent value for the overall experience. Whether you’re traveling as a family, as a couple, or for business, I believe this hotel will exceed your expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower New York, is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely stunning. It's across the street from Central park, and a leisurely walk away from Nordstrom, which is my favorite store. The view from the room was breathtaking. It was so lovely, I kept the curtains open all night and I didn't want to fall asleep. But it's the staff.... you cannot buy such professionalism and care. All hotels by Central Park are beautiful, but it's always going to be the customer service that distinguishes the nice hotels from the spectactular ones. The Trump International is spectacular. Everyone that works at this hotel is happy and always smiling at each other and at their guests. They know what their guests need without even asking. They'll escort guests to various locations in the hotel, they summon elevators, they won't let guests pick up their own luggage. They all share a common goal, and that is to ensure the comfort and happiness of their guests.

Great hotel, excellent service and location

The Trump International Hotel in New York City is an excellent hotel property to stay at, not just because the property itself is exceptionally well-maintained and convenient for business and leisure activities, but because every member of their team is hospitality focused. Every person you encounter - from the doormen to the housekeeping team members, front desk staff, bell staff - they go out of their way to improve your hotel experience. It's a first class experience in every regard.
