Wonderful Family Stay at Trump Hotel We had a wonderful two-night stay at Trump Hotel, marking our fourth visit—and it somehow continues to get better each time. This year, we stayed to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday, and he specifically requested Trump Hotel because of how memorable our past experiences have been. From the moment we booked our stay, the staff went above and beyond. Before we even arrived, I received an email offering to decorate our room with balloons or other birthday décor. They also surprised us with a complimentary cake to celebrate our son, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the staff. The valet and bellmen were incredibly engaging and friendly with our children, and they recognized us throughout the weekend—asking about our day and wishing our son a happy birthday. It was so refreshing to stay at a hotel where guests with children are genuinely welcomed and treated so kindly. The housekeeping staff was truly exceptional—the best I’ve seen in years. They went above and beyond to keep our room spotless, organized, and well-stocked with linens. Their attention to detail and extra effort really stood out. We visited the pool and spa every day. Our kids loved the pool (especially knowing there was a lifeguard on duty), and the adults took turns enjoying the beautiful, relaxing spa. I highly recommend making time for this space during your stay. We were also fortunate enough to dine at Jean-George's restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. Both the service and the food completely blew us away. Overall, this was an amazing stay from start to finish. Trump Hotel is by far our favorite hotel in NYC, and we will absolutely be returning soon. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay—and our son’s birthday—so special.

I have stayed at Trump International a half dozen times for visits to see performances at Lincoln Center - less than a 10 minute walk away - after trying other options nearby on Broadway and Central Park South. In addition to the location, the rooms are well appointed, the staff are great, and the restaurant (specifically Nougatine) is superb. It continues to be my first choice.

I had an excellent experience working with Alper. He is truly outstanding—professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. His team Geena and Briana very knowledgeable! What impressed me the most is his dedication. Even over the weekend, whenever I reached out, he responded promptly and handled everything smoothly. AMAZING stay at Trump International Hotel and Tower New York. The view was absolutely glorious over the park. The location is perfect. Everything was wonderful, we did not want to leave!!! All the little extras make everything that much more special; the room/bed/bedding was comfortable and plush. The space was perfect! Just a great all around trip and room for Christmastime in NYC... One question... The pillows are Sahara Nights by sobelathome.com... Which varient are the pillows? Soft-medium/medium/or firm? They were PERFECT! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for business and pleasure. I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. This was also a very last minute booking. Check-Process was seamless and the front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine eagerness to assist. Accommodations were impeccable - my room was not only clean and well-appointed but also offered beautiful views. Appreciated the many water bottles!! Also got a Massage at the Spa and had THE BEST therapist. Highly recommend this hotel - Price for room was extremely reasonable and affordable. Much higher rates at other local and close hotels.
