As a Hilton Diamond member, I hold high expectations when booking a Hilton property, especially one marketed as a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the Westhouse Hotel in NYC did not meet those expectations. The exterior of the hotel was underwhelming and didn’t reflect the premium experience I anticipated. While the room itself was nicely appointed, the air conditioning was not functioning. I reported the issue to the front desk at 7 PM and was assured that maintenance would be sent promptly. However, no one arrived by 11 PM, and the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. According to signage, the AC should still have been operational in October, but that was not my experience. The following morning, I attempted to speak with someone at the front desk, but no staff were present for over 30 minutes. This lack of responsiveness was disappointing and did not align with the level of service I expect from Hilton. On a positive note, the Terrace Room offered a pleasant experience with attentive and courteous staff during the appetizer and drink service. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and would advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the WestHouse hotel in NYC. The hotel is beautiful, the service is wonderful. Our room was large and well appointed with a great view of Times Square. The amenities are amazing: we had breakfast both mornings which included pretty much anything you would desire for breakfast. The dinner we had was also delicious, and the included prosecco, wines, beer, and soda were also excellent. The people working in the restaurant area were super-helpful. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Walking distance to Central Park, Broadway Theatres, Times Square and dozens of restaurants and nightlife. There is also subway entrance within feet of the hotel. We come into New York semi-frequently from Philly and all-in-all, possibly the best stay in NYC we've had.

We have been multiple times and simply adore the hotel — everything from the service to the rooms to the hospitality is first rate, and staff could not be warmer and more helpful.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. A brisk walking distance to the Times Square, Central Park, Carnegie Hall… A stunning hotel with exceptional staff, a great breakfast experience! Highly recommended!
