Great location. Can jog to Central Park. Safe subway line right outside door goes everywhere. Spy museum and Bergdorfs two blocks away. Comes with good breakfast and dinner with drinks daily. Save a ton on that alone. Beds very comfortable. Staff addressed all issues quickly and properly. Would go back and will go back

Our stay at the Westhouse Hotel was perfect: the room was spacious and spotlessly clean – thanks to Khadija; breakfast and happy hour were impeccable thanks to the restaurant staff; and lastly, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful – a big thank you to Nick, Mo, Jessy, and Chris.

The experience was excellent from our arrival, room ready, informative staff and extremely helpful in all regards. Breakfast provided an excellent choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Our Room was perfect, we could control temperature and maid service daily so our room remained clean with fresh towels, etc..

The location was perfect for us. Easy subway connections to wherever you want to go. Close to everything we wanted to get to easily. The staff were great, especially the hard-working and friendly staff in the Terrace restaurant. At breakfast, Sonia and Miguel were brilliant - they couldn't do enough for us and they never stopped. I have a gluten free diet and they brought me bread (but no pastries) and told me what was safe for me to eat.There was always plenty to eat and a good selection. I talked with Tiego, the catering manager, and he arranged for special, gluten free dishes to be made for me during evening happy hours. This made such a difference to me and took away the stress of worrying about having something gluten-free to eat. Likewise, the staff who worked in the Terrace during the evening were great. I wish I could remember the names of the two male staff. They looked after us so well and made sure that the area was clean and food was plentiful. The hotel rooms don't feel five star, a little faded, but still of a good standard - our bathroom was Art Deco, beautiful and filled with lots of black and white marble and stylish fixtures. The Art Deco theme continued in the lobby; the Terrace was more modern but a great space to eat breakfast and evening tapas. A small outdoor space but great vibe. We got married in Central Park whilst staying at Westhouse Hotel and the staff couldn't have been nicer! The staff in the lobby and front desk were super friendly and we were upgraded to a better room for our special stay. We met quite a few guests who were repeat visitors to the hotel. We would stay here again too. We sent a few emails to Westhouse via the website prior to our stay, surprisingly, the team didn't respond - it was only by writing directly to managers that we were able to get the emails forwarded and get the help we needed. This definitely needs working on.

It was spectecular, hotel staff was always helpfull and kind. Meal was always satisfactory. Location cant be better, right outside there is a subway station that made our journey. And special thanks to Vanessa for making our stay perfect.
