Excellent stay in the heart of Manhattan!
The WestHouse Hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan; everything is located close by. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Moe at the front desk goes above and beyond in making his guests feel extra special! He is extremely professional and customer service oriented. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!

The best staff!!!!
The staff at The Westhouse are what sets it apart from the thousands of hotels in NYC. Jesey the bellman and Paige the manager made our experience so wonderful! We have been greeted by the gorgeous smell of The Westhouse for 10 years and realize that the rooms definitely need a refresh. But I’m sure they are working on that!!!

My Happy Place
I have been staying at the West House for the approximately the last 12 years. I do short trips to the city to see a show, walk in the park, shop and go to the MET. I love the location. It's close enough to most theaters without the noise of Time Square, close to the park to walk and there are lots of places to shop. The West House has always been my go to place. It has a nice calming decor, comfortable furniture, and great staff. The breakfast and happy hours are my favorite. I also love that you hear many languages spoken around the hotel by the staff and the guests. Rooms are comfortable and spacious for your needs.

Incredible comfortable stay
This was the best New York Hotel experience I ever had! Roomy rooms, great service, loved the terrace, the pillows in the room were thick! Thank you!!!!!

Favorite NYC hotel!
Pros-beautifully decorated hotel with a fantastic location, great breakfast & complimentary HH w/ balcony on 23rd floor, clean & the bellmen were always welcoming & graciously open the door & helping with bags & taxis. Vanessa at the front desk was lovely as well. Cons-none.
