We had the best experience from beginning to end at the WestHouse. Starting with our Concierge, Payge Gibbs Luke! She made booking the rooms so easy and had our rooms provisioned with beverages and a cheese plate upon arrival. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the service throughout the hotel was friendly, prompt and professional. I can’t say enough about our experience. And you couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy access to Uptown, Midtown, Downtown and the West Side. We definitely will be back!!!

Nice hotel in a great central location; subway nearby as well as a Starbucks. Nice facilities and helpful staff. Strong recommendation.

Just stayed at the WestHouse and it’s definitely going on my shortlist for next time I’m in the city. First off, the service was top-notch. The check-in was actually a breeze& the staff were super polite and just generally easy to deal with, which isn't always the case in Midtown. Housekeeping also did a great job; the place was spotless every day. The rooms are a little bit dated, but honestly, they’re decent enough and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a decent spread, way better than your typical hotel toast and coffee. The best part is easily the location, though. It’s fantastic for getting around. Safe to say this will be one of my go-to spots whenever I’m back in the Big Apple.

Power experience was extremely disappointing. We were reserved to say that three nights but we checked out after one night. The thermostat would not cool the room down and we were told that we should use the fan that was already in the room. They said the HVAC unit is not control in the individual room. They did not have any washcloths in the building. Housekeeping said that they don't provide them with washcloths and they get that complaint all the time. I didn't have a remote control that worked on the TV and I never could get anyone to answer the phone for me to complain. I had to get on the elevator and run it down to the lobby to request a new remote. It took well over an hour before they finally brought a remote for the TV. Definitely not worth the money nor the Hilton honor points

The hotel was luxurious, and the staff was wonderful. Very conveniently located near Central Park, Broadway, and amazing restaurants.
