Amazing
Hotel it self is nice, service is amazing. Just wish they had more of the Hyatt brand amenities. Overall I give the hotel 8/10. Hector from bell stand was amazing Charles was great also. And I cannot forget Balinda the housekeeping service she rendered was amazing top tier.

Felt like 5 star stay!
The nicest hotel I've stayed at in NYC in a long time! Exceeded all expectations. Stayed on a renovated floor but the others looked nice as well. Rooms had a tub, even dimmed lighting! Felt 5 star for sure!

all ok but at the end i had some problems with my bill being charged for service i did not use. I had to write to the hotel but got no reply

It was fine
We got a suite, so the size was great - two rooms and two bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Minimal furniture and decor. Lighting was very dim - two light fixtures were broken. It was clearly an older apartment building that was renovated into a hotel. The lobby was nice with a nice bar. Scarpetta the restaurant is fantastic, and the speakeasy downstairs is VERY hip and cool. The gym was also surprisingly decent,

Nice location, but very underwhelming visit
Underwhelming, not as nice as the photos. The room was not available at the 4 PM check-in time. The room/hallway was not clean/vacuumed. Not the greatest customer service in handling the fact that our room was not ready. We were on the fourth floor, but there was still a lot of noise from the street.
