Great location. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff seems annoyed and front door staff watched us struggle with our bags in the rain without offering to help or even hold the door. Disappointed in customer service. Probably would not stay here again.

I really like this hotel! The front desk staff is great. I’ve yet to find another hotel in NYC with a 2 Queen room suite. Great for traveling with a friend or family member to each have your own bathroom. Scarpetta, the onsite restaurant is exceptionally good!!

Beautiful building, great location, and an exceptional bar and lobby experience. The hotel perfectly blends aesthetics and comfort into a truly wonderful stay. I’d absolutely recommend stopping by for a drink at the bar... it was one of the highlights of the experience.

A poor experience, and unexpected as a World of Hyatt member. No running water 9pm to 7.30am on first day, yet no bottled water provided. No kettle or coffee machine despite booking a suite. No member welcome. Delivered the bare minimum of a Manhattan hotel (bar running water on the first day), but little else. Would not recommend. There are better options nearby.

Excelllent staff , comfortable rooms. It's easy to get uptown and downtown from here. A short bus ride to midtown or downtown on Madison or Fifth (one block away). Easy subway 3 blocks away. It works well for me as an art professional going to Museums on the upper east side and galleries downtown. Good walk to Chelsea. Also, good services nearby, in addition to restaurants. I like having Whole Foods nearby for taking meals in my room
