From the moment i stepped into the front lobby i was greeted by Marcel (the hotel GM) and other members of staff, my luggage was taken to my rom and i felt right at home with freshly baked goods and a bottle of prosecco on ice left for me. The rooms were made so quickly everyday, the turn down service was perfect and the room poses the most beautiful views of New York. If you want to work out the gym is spacious and the pool is perfect for a dip in the city. Cant recommend enough. My new home in New York

I booked a room for my parents' anniversary trip, also, it's the first time they came to the state. Shut out to Miles Gomez and his partner Olivia Thomas, bring a remarkable stay for my parents. Miles is so supportive and make everything amazing.

Great location, service, restaurant, and attention to detail. They found us an amazing nanny for our daughter during our stay. We come to the city quite a bit for work, so we’ll look forward to our next visit. Fantastic pool. Would return again for the pool and restaurant/view alone

The hotel exudes luxury—elegant, refined, and undeniably posh. Service was impeccable from start to finish, with thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water for all guests and twice-daily turndown service. I highly recommend enjoying a drink at the lounge—the views and overall vibe are simply spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. While there’s no full-service restaurant on-site, the hotel is conveniently connected to the Time Warner Center, offering easy access to a variety of excellent dining options. The room size for Manhattan is quite generous, and the bathrooms are fantastic size as well. The views were decent, but I am sure there are better views for other hotel rooms.

First off the Staff is amazing, everyone is well trained, courteous and professional. The hotel itself definitely needs refurbishment. On our final morning, there was a very large leak coming from the ceiling and through the light fixture in the bathroom and shower. We notified maintenance and they were immediately on the case. The response was excellent, however, something is very wrong when ceilings start leaking, hopefully a renovation is in order soon.
