The resort is undeniably beautiful, impeccably clean, and staffed by wonderful employees—particularly housekeeping and valet, who were consistently warm and helpful throughout my stay. Service overall was excellent, and the property itself is very well maintained. That said, the experience did not fully align with the price point. I encountered a few frustrating charges, including being billed for another guest’s valet car and for simply moving a minibar item to make room for our own beverage. Poolside drinks were also exceptionally expensive for what was served—a $24 margarita that was mostly ice. In addition, the weekend bar atmosphere felt overcrowded and not quite in keeping with the otherwise upscale feel of the resort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff, but the pricing and extra charges made it feel difficult to justify the value.

One of the best staycations Ive taken. Great service, food, drinks, clean large rooms, and the employees become like family!

Very average hotel not a 5 star. $70 parking fee and $60 hotel fee a day!!!worse than Vegas. I would not recommend this hotel.

We always stay at the Pendry when we are in town. It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Our valet attendant Blake was very polite and welcoming. Our car was waiting for us when we were ready to leave and Blake was very helpful with our luggage.

My wife and I went on June 2026 to celebrate our 25th anniversary. it was a mixed experience. The positive - The ROOM!!! Amazing view and immaculate! But no complimentary water. The service was all over the place. The check in experience was awful. The worker didn't even smile. I felt like I was bothering him. The host at the Set was equally pretentious. But the server at the Set was great and both the server and host at the Pendry Breakfast were great. So definitely a mix bag. I used my AMEX Platinum, which includes $100 food credit and breakfast for two. Unfortunately, in-room dining was excluded from the credit. Other hotels definitely allow for in-room dining was that was disappointing. In addition to a $70 overnight parking fee, they sprung on me a $50 resort fee at check out. This was not explained to me at check in. And oh by the way, did I mention, no complimentary water in the room? Great room! No question but a very mid-experience for a Luxury Hotel.
