Fun Upscale Hotel
While the room I was given was underwhelming, I suspect there are very nice rooms here. The fitness center and spa/pool area are phenomenal. SET Restaurant & Tree Shack Poolside Restaurant were wonderful. Janna at SET during breakfast was my favorite employee. Brendan at Tree Shack my next favorite. Thank you Pendry!

Mostly excellent stay
Having stayed at the Pendry Manhattan West and several Montage properties, we were looking forward to our visit. The hotel has an amazing location, close to SNA and right across from the Fashion Island mall. The building is a 40 year old tower that has been mostly updated in a very stylish and elegant manner however for some reason they did not touch the bathrooms which look like they stepped out of 1998. Other reviewers have mentioned noise and while this is a popular nightspot with a members club and happening bar scene, we were not disturbed on the 19th floor. The Spa is great, Technogym equipped workout facility first class and the food excellent, but one would expect all of that at this price point. The primary negative is with the billing. There were several errors both before and after check in, which are not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Manager Austin G. stepped in to personally make it right and provided superb service, but this is an area for improvement. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Excellent valet
I just want to give a big shoutout to Blake Smith and Danny from the valet team, they did an excellent job! Super professional, friendly, and made the whole experience really smooth. Definitely appreciate their help!

Great service, beautiful clean rooms, perfect location, and great style.
every thing was wonderful, clean and inviting. The location is perfect as it's close to the mall and several dining options. our room had a backed up sink. I called and they immediately got us a new room and even upgraded us to a suite. I will for sure be back.

Not a great stay
I booked online directly with Pendry. I booked a rate but when I checked out I noticed Pendry had nearly doubled the nightly rate. Austin the manager said the price and info online were a mistake and had no intentions on honoring it. Won’t stay here again.
