I felt lied to by management
They booked our spa appointments for the wrong day and did little to resolve the situation. We were told to go to the bar and enjoy a meal on them while they worked on a solution, with the assurance that the cost would be credited back to us. The manager, Connor, later told us our stay would be comped. Unfortunately, not only was our stay not comped, but we were also charged for the meal we never intended to purchase. While the response in the moment felt reassuring, the follow-through did not match what was promised. I would encourage others to proceed with caution, as the final outcome did not reflect the level of service initially communicated by the manager. We will never stay at the Pendry again.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were exceptionally clean and nice. Great hotel, Great stay!

Amazing stay-cation!
Hotel is great. Amazing service. Awesome location. Rooms were renovated and nice. The suite had ample space. The restaurants on property were a great option. Overall highly recommended.

Perfectly functional
Would have given it 5/5 except that the pull out futon mattress had a weird stain on it. Didnt want to dwell on it too much. Had the guys come in and put bedding and sheets on it, so whatever, it was covered up. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. Booked through either Amex or CSR, I forget which one, but the benefits were fantastic either way.
