Such a comfortable place to say and deserves its star rating.
Absolutely great Hotel… very well managed…comfortable and always exceeds our expectations. Porterage ….. perfect service with Ben arrival reception with Khalil( may have his name wrong)…excellent. Manager …Ben Martinek perfect host and excellent awareness . Food in all restaurants exceptional….service can be slow but very friendly. Gym…very good….gets a bit messy at times lack of supervision. Valet parking …ok… not great but ok. Location couldn’t be better Cocktail bar really good. The only issue is this $300 credit against food offered as a discount off the room rate…. It makes the rate expensive and in my view could be a deterrent as it pushed the room rate too expensive…. And although the restaurants are excellent sometimes a change is required.

Spacious Room, but Cleanliness and Upkeep Fell Short
Room 807 could benefit from more attention to cleanliness and overall upkeep. The comforter had a noticeable dog/mildew odor, and the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan had significant dust buildup and appeared to need a thorough cleaning or vacuuming. The room itself was spacious, but overall it felt worn and not quite at the level I expected from Pendry. A deeper inspection of linens, ventilation areas, and general room condition before guest arrival would greatly improve the experience.

Excellent stay … elevated experience, very nice room accommodations and public space. Cocktail Lounge was great too!

3 star hotel service
I will NOT return to this hotel. It claims to be a luxury hotel but from service amenities to staff to ambience, the experience was a 3 star hotel, if not worst. The hotel was understaffed during our stay and most of them did not seem to have received proper training. This hotel definitely does not hold up to the reputation of a Pendry/Montage management.

Family friendly and 5 star resort
The hotel and rooms are absolutely fabulous. Very much a 5 star resort. They have some awesome amenities to offer. They set up the beach for us and drove us there. They also do laundry free of cost. The food at the hotel was delicious but pricey. The cocktails also delicious but very pricey. Pool service was 5 star! We will stay here again
