Rest and Relaxation
The environment is always spectacular and this trip did not dissapoint. We love the tacos at the tree shack and our server, Henry took care of us. The Pendry is our happy place.

First Time Stay
Great location but feel the front desk staff and overall cleanliness of the property was far below other Pendry properties I stayed at. The front desk staff couldn’t care less about greeting guest entering or exiting. I stayed with another couple and their feedback was the same. There are a few good choices near Fashion Island and doubt the Pendry will be my go to.

Great Stay and Outstanding Service at Pendry Newport Beach
I had a wonderful stay at the Pendry Newport Beach. From the moment I arrived, the team at the front desk made me feel welcome and set the tone for a great experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, including the staff at the bar who were friendly and attentive. My room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything about the stay felt smooth and well taken care of. Even at checkout the service stood out. Blake from valet was quick to get my car and gave a friendly send-off, which was a great way to wrap up the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be staying here again on my next work trip.

great location but loud and trashy crowd at night, old bathrooms
great location as it's near fashion island mall. the bathrooms are old and should've been remodeled with the rest of the room. the parking and food was very pricey and just ok. the biggest issue was how loud the hotel was at night and the not so classy and rowdy crowd that frequented the hotel at night. felt a bit trashy and was hard to fall asleep before midnight because of the noise

bad food food, bad service with bad attitudes
Bad food, bad service with bad attitude at check out, front desk knowledge of property lacking sending us outside in the rain to restaurant that can be accessed from inside. Housekeeping does not honor the DO NOT Disturb sign on door, pounding on door waking me up!
