Great all round hotel…although this is expensive for any additional item.
Great hotel everything is excellent.Corner rooms with a view perfect and so light.Massage services are expensive… garaging your car at $70 a night plus tipping is totally over the top….this alone could make me look elsewhere on my next stay.The restaurants are very good but are too costly….as are the drink service….all services are excellent but you pay too much for that service.

Great hotel in a perfect location! It’s very party vibes & is bustling with people on a weekend! We stayed in one of the suites and it was lovely!

Awesome hotel! Great sevice
This hotel was awesome! Amazing service,design and value. From the moment I checked in the service was 5 star. I stay at a lot of 5 star hotels for work, mainly four seasons, and the Pendry was even better! Every empmoyee was accommodating, professional, rooms were clean and comfy! Highly recommend this hotel.

I felt lied to by management
They booked our spa appointments for the wrong day and did little to resolve the situation. We were told to go to the bar and enjoy a meal on them while they worked on a solution, with the assurance that the cost would be credited back to us. The manager, Connor, later told us our stay would be comped. Unfortunately, not only was our stay not comped, but we were also charged for the meal we never intended to purchase. While the response in the moment felt reassuring, the follow-through did not match what was promised. I would encourage others to proceed with caution, as the final outcome did not reflect the level of service initially communicated by the manager. We will never stay at the Pendry again.
