The only thing I missed the two times I’ve stayed at the Viking is to be able to open de windows, I find a problem the air system.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary The location is perfect, and it’s our third time staying here. . We were warmly greeted by Christy. She is so sweet and courteous. Our suite was beautiful. Aside from location and amenities, service is most important to us. We had the most contact with Christy and she needs to be cloned. She is wonderful. We also dealt with Emily and she was also very courteous and went above and beyond. I’m glad we also got to meet Brian, the front desk manager who truly appreciates his guests and wants them to have a great experience, and we did! We look forward to returning after the renovation.

We were excited to stay at the hotel, but would never return. Our room was tired & old, with a tiny bathroom that you couldn’t swing a cat in. The coffee machine didn’t work, neither did most of the power outlets in the room. When we complained we got a shrug and and “we’ll fix it” but they never did over our 3 night stay. The breakfast was good and most of the waiting staff were great - but front desk were rude, slow and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nice hotel, located well, only a short distance to the waterfront, room was nice, we had dinner there which was fine, also breakfast The only downside was the staff Having stayed in hotels all over the world when you check in or check out it is always nice if the front desk recognizes you / makes eye contact / asks if you had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately this did not take place at this hotel This has a negative impact on your overall view of the hotel Shame because it costs nothing to say hello or goodbye

We got married at Kay Chapel and had our reception at the Hotel Viking in December. The entire event was everything that I hoped it would be! The Hotel Viking is traditional, outstanding and eloquent. Our reception was in the Bellevue Ballroom and everything was beautiful. The staff was exceptional! They were there for us throughout the evening and paid such close attention to all of the guests! The hotel service was also outstanding. I am delighted to give the Hotel Viking the highest of reviews.
