An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas

We had an amazing stay, overall nice and friendly stuff, beautiful resort and especially our personal “ butler” Trần Khánh Vũ made our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We really enjoyed our time and would come back anytime:)

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this resort is. But beyond the beautiful lagoon, beach and jungle, spacious wooden rooms and many activities, what really separated this resort is the service. All the staff is very friendly and they always greet you with a smile whenever you walk by them. Our personal butler Vu specifically went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Even arranged medicines that we needed to be brought to the island. We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon and will remember our experience for the rest of our lives. We stayed in the hill top villa with private pool and I would definitely recommend that room to anyone who wants a unique tropical experience. Lagoon and beachfront villas also looked good but we really liked the privacy and the modern treehouse feel of the room. It has multiple levels and the private pool is truly private and not visible from anywhere else. Though, food can be hit and miss (their western dishes was below average compared to their delicious seafood and vietnamese dishes). And you can’t lock your villa when you leave so we just used the safe for our valuables. You don’t feel unsafe though as there are only 34 villas on the island and only access is by a private boat that resort operates. Overall, these are small issues and we would definitely come back given the opportunity as this was the best resort we ever stayed.

Our stay at L'Alya Ninh Van Bay was just what we needed to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This place is not just a hotel, it is an experience. What we loved the most: Location: The fact that the resort is only accessible by boat creates a complete sense of seclusion and tranquility. The views of the bay are breathtaking both in the morning and at sunset. Villa design: We appreciated the use of natural materials. Everything is tasteful, spacious and organically fits into the surrounding environment. Privacy is at the highest level. Service: The staff is incredibly attentive, but not intrusive. Special thanks to our personal butler Mr.VU, who took care of every detail so that we didn't have to think about anything. Atmosphere: Time stands still here. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the sounds of nature, fresh air and top-class service, L'Alya is the right choice. A great place to recharge your batteries before continuing your Vietnamese adventures. We definitely recommend it to those looking for silence, natural beauty, and a personal approach.

This is a stunning setting for a small boutique hotel. The beach is beautiful. We enjoyed a five night stay in late February 2026; we have rated it 4/5 die to some issues arising that were really well handled by the resort management. The positives: - excellent food at the restaurant; beautifully presented and also tasty. - excellent breakfast buffet- probably the best we’ve enjoyed in Vietnam - great cooking course- a must to try! - really interesting and enjoyable morning jungle trek. Great guiding by Luc - good yoga sessions- wish there were more! - really great spa with relaxing massage - beautiful beach villa! The issues: - some of the rooms are tired. We were initially in a Hill Pool Villa; the air con wasn’t working on the first night and broke on the second! They moved us as a result. Also the villa was very tired and needed a refresh. - in the beach villas you are very private (a positive) but you can also hear if your neighbours decide to be noisy as there isn’t much else to disturb you! - the wine stock was too low! The hotel ran out of one (of two) house white wines and didn’t have any other pinot Grigio in stock either! Not good enough for a five star hotel restaurant! On balance we would recommend the hotel provided you are staying in a lagoon or beach villa. I also give a shout out to the manager Anh who sorted out the issues that arose professionally, helpfully and respectfully. Without her our holiday would not have been as great!

i had the best time here for vocation. Extremely chill and comfortable. I had Vu with me and he’s so sweet and gentle! Make my vocation extra worthy!
