The island offers a sense of secluded, "wild luxury," with various small animals frequently spotted around the grounds. It offers great value for money; a two-night stay in a two-bedroom beachfront pool villa (including breakfast) cost just over 700 RMB per person. To reach the island, you first check in at the Welcome Lounge before taking a boat transfer. The total journey from the airport takes about an hour and a half. The villa comes with a private butler—a big thank you to Vũ for his service. You can arrange activities and spa treatments through him. I had my heart set on hiking and kayaking, but the sun was simply too intense, so I gave up on those ideas. I ended up booking a coconut oil-making session, though it turned out to be not very fun—haha. I also booked a scalp treatment that included an essential oil massage and a hair wash; I highly recommend this one. The hotel has only one restaurant, where both breakfast and dinner are served. You absolutely must order the pork ribs and the grilled chicken skewers. For the most part, however, I just spent my time listening to music, lounging in the water, and watching TV series.

The location was perfect for me. I was looking for somewhere peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable, and Lalya was exactly what I needed. Every corner of Lalya has such a calm and laid-back atmosphere. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help us. The only thing I found a little surprising was the price of lunch and dinner, which was slightly more expensive than I had expected, especially for Vietnam. That said, once I was actually staying at Lalya and enjoying the whole experience, I honestly didn’t mind the price at all. Everything felt so peaceful and well taken care of that it was worth it. Overall, Lalya was exactly the kind of place I had been hoping to find — somewhere I could truly slow down, relax, and feel completely at ease. Lastly, a very special thank you to Khahn, our wonderful butler. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always there whenever we needed anything. He truly made our stay at Lalya even more special and memorable. Thank you, Khahn, for taking such great care of us!

The resort features stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a close connection to nature. The food is delicious, with many unique and interesting cooking styles. Khanh Vu, the butler, was extremely attentive, taking excellent care of me from before my arrival until the end of my stay. It was a perfect vacation.
