Pillar and Post

Lovely hotel in a great location. Outdoor pool was great. Only downside was we were only there one night! Would have loved to stay longer.

This hotel is the epitome of "spa hotel" - it is a gorgeous little place and the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. I have never experienced such an inviting spa - the outdoor and indoor pool are central to everything in the hotel. Our room also was located with a hot springs pool right outside the window. We loved this place and the rooms were decently sized for family of 4.

We recently hosted our wedding at the Pillar and Post Hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Ally, Carrie, and Kathryn for their thoughtful planning and support leading up to the big day. Their coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the day itself, Sagar and Kelly ensured everything ran seamlessly on-site and handled every detail with care and professionalism. We are also very grateful to Clippings for the beautiful floral arrangements, which added so much to the atmosphere and décor. The hotel grounds were immaculate and created the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and celebrations. The front desk team was consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist our guests. We especially appreciated the convenient on-demand shuttle service, which made it easy for guests to travel to nearby wineries and restaurants. The text messaging system for the front desk was also excellent—responses were immediate and made communication effortless throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our room, it was addressed immediately and resolved without delay. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay, especially the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the outdoor hot spring, which were a highlight for many. Overall, everything came together beautifully and created a memorable experience for everyone involved. The only recommendation would be to secure the in-room safe located at the bedside table, as it is currently not bolted down and could potentially be moved. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great visit as always. We have been coming here for 40 years and this place never disappoints. Nice, clean luxurious room and the beds are always so comfortable. We had a great time using the pools, hot tubs, pub and exploring the gardens. We really like the complimentary morning coffee and paper. And we used the free shuttle service to downtown several times with Phil the driver.Great stay, friendly service and I think the gardens have never been lovlier. .

The experience with the Pillar and Post was exceptional from the call to book until checkout! The property is beautiful with an elegant and calm energy. The staff were wonderful and the food on sight was amazing! If you go, take time to walk through the gardens and soak in the hot springs!
