Pillar and Post

We recently hosted our wedding at the Pillar and Post Hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Ally, Carrie, and Kathryn for their thoughtful planning and support leading up to the big day. Their coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the day itself, Sagar and Kelly ensured everything ran seamlessly on-site and handled every detail with care and professionalism. We are also very grateful to Clippings for the beautiful floral arrangements, which added so much to the atmosphere and décor. The hotel grounds were immaculate and created the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and celebrations. The front desk team was consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist our guests. We especially appreciated the convenient on-demand shuttle service, which made it easy for guests to travel to nearby wineries and restaurants. The text messaging system for the front desk was also excellent—responses were immediate and made communication effortless throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our room, it was addressed immediately and resolved without delay. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay, especially the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the outdoor hot spring, which were a highlight for many. Overall, everything came together beautifully and created a memorable experience for everyone involved. The only recommendation would be to secure the in-room safe located at the bedside table, as it is currently not bolted down and could potentially be moved. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great visit as always. We have been coming here for 40 years and this place never disappoints. Nice, clean luxurious room and the beds are always so comfortable. We had a great time using the pools, hot tubs, pub and exploring the gardens. We really like the complimentary morning coffee and paper. And we used the free shuttle service to downtown several times with Phil the driver.Great stay, friendly service and I think the gardens have never been lovlier. .

The experience with the Pillar and Post was exceptional from the call to book until checkout! The property is beautiful with an elegant and calm energy. The staff were wonderful and the food on sight was amazing! If you go, take time to walk through the gardens and soak in the hot springs!

Had a wonderful stay at the Pillar & Post. I took my son for his birthday/ graduation from Medical School and we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and very quaint. We loved the indoor & outdoor pools and the spa area whirlpool is a hidden gem! Our room was super clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying at the Pillar & Post next time I visit the area!

My fiancé and I went to Pillar and Post for a relaxing get away for my birthday. We had a fantastic experience! I was treated by the hotel with a gifted bottle of wine and birthday card in our room, and had a happy birthday message with my dessert. We were kindly greeted by all staff and were provided great service throughout our stay. We went for a couples massage and enjoyed the tranquil spa facilities and had a delicious, high end dinner at The Cannary.
