Great stay
Have stayed here multiple times and each time has been wonderful. Staff is super attentive and welcoming, had a positive experience with front desk, housekeeping and servers. Accommodations are top notch and thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and both outdoor and indoor pools We also went on the wine tour which was great we were introduced to a lot of great wines and toured beautiful wineries

Body Scrub, wrap and facial! Ask for Gretchen
100 Fountain Spa is the best spa in the Niagara Region! This is my second time going and it was even better! My spa esthetician, Gretchen was so incredible! Made me feel very special and gave me extraordinary service. I had the body scrub/wrap and facial. Gretchen explained exactly what she was doing and I felt very at ease. Beautiful Birthday Weekend!
Beautiful birthday weekend at Pillar and Post! The room, fireplace, robs, hot springs, massage, food, wine, and walking in the garden were all SO perfect! We’ll definitely be back and plan to make it a yearly tradition!! 💛🍷

Nice but dated hotel, service was disappointing
Hotel had some nice but very dated facilities but the service was very disappointing. When we checked in there were three people sitting at the front desk. Two of them picked up phones and the third one avoided eye contact so they wouldn’t have to help us as we stood there for a while. Bed was comfortable though.

Early Valentine's Getaway
Once we entered the lobby we were in total vacay mode, with the welcoming, vibrant, atmosphere. Our room was fresh, spotless, cozy & spacious, with all the amenities possibly needed! Loved the robes! We enjoyed the hot springs, outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tub. We had reservations for dinner at the Cannery and had the privilege of having Nattie as our server for the evening. The menu is fabulous, with lots of variety and reasonable prices. Our dinner was delicious! The perfect place that you can feel like you are at a little resort, only 45 minutes away from home. Our stay was absolutely perfect, from check-in to check-out !
