Sterling Inn & Spa

We had an amazing time staying here at such a beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious, furnished with a comfortable bed, chairs (or couch) and the noise level is always minimal ensuring no disruption! This hotel is in the best location, close enough to Clifton Hill to make it a short walk, far enough to avoid disruption. With the use of a gym, coffee bar and breakfast delivered every morning, it really adds value to your stay. The prices here are extremely reasonable. The staff are always so pleasantly accommodating. The hotel is always clean! Housekeeping staff are especially hard-working, efficient and a special mention to Ana for making our stay that much more special!

We stayed at Sterling Inn & Spa for 4 nights September 19th-22nd. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t imagine staying anywhere else now. We have stayed at some of the nicer high rise popular hotels in Niagara Falls but Sterling tops them all! It was such a peaceful environment with the friendliest front desk and housekeeping staff! The room was huge and extremely clean! We also enjoyed an amazing dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel - AG Inspired Cuisine! We can’t wait to return to what is now our Favourite hotel in Niagara Falls!

What an incredible stay. Everything was excellent- the central location, the friendly staff, the room, the huge bed, the breakfast brought to our room, the decor, the spa. Everything was truly luxurious. I will absolutely be returning to Sterling Inn in the future! A wonderful find. 10/10.

Sterling Inn & Spa completely exceeded our expectations! It is the perfect quiet retreat right in the heart of Niagara Falls. The staff are incredibly generous and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in, which was such a fantastic surprise. The upgraded room was huge, luxurious, and beautifully designed—the two-person tub and comfortable bed made it hard to leave. The complimentary breakfast delivered right to our door was an amazing bonus, and the customer service was flawless throughout. It’s a quick walk to the main attractions, yet completely peaceful at night. We will definitely be back.

Sterling Inn and spa was a delight! The room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of minor imperfections ( e.g. jagged paint lines), but not anything to focus on or enough to alter our experience. The decor was fresh, beds were clean and the mattress was very comfortable. There's complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. The included daily breakfast was awesome. At first we were disappointed that there wasn't a hot b/f buffet available but the continental style was actually filling and tasty. All the staff were very attentive & helpful...unfortunately I didn't take names. I would definitely recommend and return to Sterling Inn. No review of restaurant or spa as we didn't try either.
