Sterling Inn & Spa

The Sterling Inn & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The check-in was smooth and we were met with friendly faces welcoming us. David met all my specific requests (quiet room etc) and remembered that we were celebrating our Anniversary. The room couldn't have been nicer! With comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, mini-fridge and a comfortable bed - it was perfect. And I must mention the Steam Shower which was amazing. To top it off, a wonderful breakfast was brought right to our door at the exact time we requested. Plus we were able to get an Americano and Cappucino in the lobby! Thank you to the wonderful staff and your attention to detail! We'll be back!

This hotel/spa was more than I expected. The place was very nice and my room was awesome . Stayed for our Anniversary and our room was upgraded and had rose petals and swans made out of towels on the bed. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake, just enough to put on our stomach to get the day started. Oh and I can forget about the steam shower and the jacuzzi tub lol. This place is a must stay and this is where will will stay everytime. The staff was also the best at the front desk!

ONCE you stay at tge sterling Inn...no other hotel will meet the SAME standards! From the lemon ice water/ coffee / tea / expresso machine in lobby to the large rooms with ALL the amenities..plus the only hotel offering " steam showers ". This hotel delivers in every aspect : professional friendly knowledgable staff / attention to every DETAIL / large comft beds AND an AMAZING BREAKFAST served in bed ( at your selected time ( Resteraunt on site with amazing cuisine/ a spa to pamper yourself ( but the rooms are itself pure heaven ) Service above and beyond...there is nothing lacking at this establishment. Everyone should treat themselves to a stay at this hotel...life is too short not to experience the " pleasure of The Sterling Inn " And I'm sure I'm missing other attributes that make the hotel THE BEST

We returned once again to our absolute favorite hotel anywhere in the world thinking that we already knew how good it was (which is why we keep coming back!). And yet Sterling once again found a way to surprise, delight and enhance our latest visit. This hotel is an absolute gem. The location could not be more perfect, a quick walk to Clifton Hill or the Falls or local restaurants and nightlife, yet one block removed so there is absolute peace and silence. The rooms are magnificent, comfortable, and enormous. By far the best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel, with every amenity thoughtfully provided- Incredibly comfortable beds, generous bathrooms, huge showers, high-end toiletries, bathrobes, fireplace, breakfast in bed… There is nothing they didn’t think of. And I think the secret is an incredible staff that truly cares. Thank you Debbie for welcoming us back and offering every accommodation including customizing a dietary specific breakfast. Thank you, David for blowing our minds by putting us in the most magnificent upgraded room. You have spoiled us- we can’t wait to come back and definitely want that room again (not that any other room ever let us down!) Thank you Hetal for your friendly greeting at check-in. And to all the other staff whose names I did not catch or have forgotten, your friendliness, service and professionalism do not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Finally, a shout out for their incredible spa- if you are considering spa treatments, you should definitely do so on the premises. The spa is peaceful, serene and immaculate. Our RMT‘s gave the most wonderful massages – thank you, Steven and Julia and we can’t wait for another session with you! It amazes me the intuition and attention you paid to areas that I neglected to mention were bothersome- and there is nothing like heading right back up to your room for a steam shower or Jacuzzi soak and nap after such a great treatment. All in all this was the most relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We are looking forward to a return trip!

This is the only hotel we stay at when we visit Niagara Falls. We have been here 4 or 5 times over the last several years. The rooms are incredible, and so is the staff. They are very accommodating with any request or the rare issue that we had. Only a 20-minute walk to the falls. Dining and shopping are minutes away. Next door is a theater with a renowned magic show. My better half had a message this time and said it was great. At the top of my compliments is the breakfast delivered every morning to your room. Always hot and tasty, with just the right mix to start your day.
