Sterling Inn & Spa

Top notch experience! Staff, food and spa elevated our stay. We decided to write this the day before our departure, we are THAT happy about our experience. This is our maybe 12th visit to the area and we usually stay at a brand hotel. We are so impressed with The Sterling. It has everything you need for a relaxing, pampering and comfortable stay. It’s close to everything. Reasonable rates for your stay and parking. The staff are friendly and have high professional standards. Our room, 205, was spotless, decorated tastefully, spacious with modern feel. The free breakfast was plentiful, healthy and delicious! I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of the onsite spa. We had a couples massage with Juliette and Steve, their experience & training was evident during our massage the delivery of a perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic technique. We are back in May and I will be cancelling my current booking with a brand fallsview hotel and coming here instead. What a find!

Just back from another overnight stay at this fabulous boutique hotel and couldn't resist sharing another review. The Sterling Inn and Spa is such a gem and definitely THE place to stay while in Niagara . The warm and welcoming staff - the "I can't believe how beautiful this room is" room - the fantastic food and service at AG - and of course, the delicious breakfast in bed. Also noteworthy, were the beautiful updates in our room and the 'happy anniversary towel flamingos' on our bed left by the hardworking cleaning staff. Thank you Sterling Inn and Spa for continuing to be our little secret hideaway. Cannot wait to see you again!

We have been to the Sterling Inn and Spa several times with friends and by ourselves. Every time we have stayed there the experience has been wonderful. The staff working at the hotel are very accommodating and custimer servixe orientated. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very unique, as the breakfast is brought to your room at the time you chose and is very tasty and plentiful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as we walked everywhere we wanted to see. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect Stay! This is easily the best hotel in all of Niagara Falls. The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are clean & spacious. Nice perk: they have a 24hr beverage station in the lobby. The staff are so accommodating and professional. Breakfast is always superb. We didn't get an opportunity to dine at AG (their restaurant) this time around, but we've dined there many times before, and it's always been excellent. I would definitely stay at Sterling Inn, it's been one of the best hotels we've stayed at (even better than many high end hotels that we've stayed in throughout North America)

Beautiful rooms. Modern and well appointed. Breakfast served to the room. Delicious! This was our second visit and we will be back!
