Good location with generally good facilities and service. Room was good and spacious with a jacuzzi. Delicious evening meal with wine and a whisky afterwards. Parking was easy and was able to check in at a convenient time. The pool area with sauna was enjoyable and we were lucky to grab the only 2 full length lounge beds which, if we didn’t would have been annoying. Rating more like 4.5 as only a few minor things to consider. The first which is perhaps unfair is that we had to go to a different hotel for our massage. Another, which again is picky, is the inflexibility on taco Tuesday around mix and match on different fillings and soft and hard taco. Finally, just the odd slip here and there in service detracted from an otherwise great experience. I would however, come again.

After quite a bit of research, we landed on the Vintage-Hotels group, and based on availability, we ended up at the Queen's Landing. This is sister property to several others in the NOTL area under the V-H umbrella - we had it narrowed down to Prince of Wales, Queen's Landing, and Pillar & Post. The Queen's Landing is a very picturesque venue, and as such is very popular with weddings and receptions. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and there were 6 held here those two nights. We heard the bass until around midnight the first night, but actually never heard other people in the halls or anything. The location is a seemingly perfect two blocks from the main drag to help with the outside noise, and still a very easy walk to all of the Queen St shops and restaurants. The website definitely shows the best of what this property can be. I wouldn't say it's misleading, but the room we got (Deluxe King), and all the rooms we walked by during the housekeeping changeover, had carpet. In fact the entire place was carpeted. It gave our room a bit of a musty smell. We also had a couple crawling visitors in the bathroom, but nothing a shoe didn't take care of. The room itself is nice, it's just a little dated. The carpet, the furniture, the lack of outlets on one side of the bed, just a little dated feeling. The TV also didn't have streaming services, so I'd recommend you get yourself a Roku stick and bring it with you. The staff and service are fantastic here. We used the shuttle once and the driver couldn't have been nicer. The front desk folks were excellent and accommodating. The EV Charging is FREE for guests, which is fantastic. They're located on the right side of the building, and you have to pull up, plug in, and then let the front desk know and they'll activate for you. Again, the location is great, the onsite restaurants are nice, the service is fantastic, and if you're into "classic" this is likely for you. It's not run down, it's not dirty, it's just not modern. You likely won't be disappointed with your stay, we just like "new" on the semi-rare occasion we travel.

My husband and I plan a short stay at the Queen’s Landing twice a year, summer and winter. The ambiance of the hotel, the beautifully situated Tiara restaurant, especially the outdoor seating on a warm summer evening are always welcoming. It’s the little things such as a rose on the pillow at turn down and the excellent service that keeps us returning. Not sure how he remembers us, but Gerard is a treasure in the dining room as is Arthur, who brought us a plate of croissants and pastries with jam during breakfast. A treasure in NOTL.
