Great hotel.
Great hotel. Location from the high street is a 10min walk or a very easy on-call shuttle service. The hotel was very clean with big rooms. The restaurant was great and our server Kevin made it a great evening. I wouldn’t really change anything from the stay.

I was there as part of a large group in April. Organization was superb from arrival to departure. From setting up conference rooms to meals and snacks, everything ran like clockwork. Great rapport with our coordinator Kelly Baranik. Thanks so much Kelly for a memorable weekend.

Awesome Experience
Not only is this hotel beautiful, but the staff is attentive and kind. The attention to detail was fantastic. The food was incredible (especially the desserts), and I had the best sleep in the comfy beds. Thank you Queens Landing! I can’t wait to come back in the near future :)

Get away
Great location just off the main tourist shopping area. Great staff. Great facilities. Rooms are dated but ok. The Library is great as well as the Lounge and restaurant. The pool hot tub and sauna are also great, bright airy and suny area. Great location for wineries, dining and theatre.

Customer experience strong
The staff at the Hotel was engaged, receptive, involved and quick to react if we had any needs or changes to make along the way and always did it with a smile. It's nice to see that customer service and customer experience is still at the forefront of this hotel experience!
