Excellent Location and Wonderful Service
I had a very pleasant stay at Anantara in Nice. The location is excellent, and the staff were wonderful — warm, professional and always helpful. The room was comfortable, although a little small, and I felt the bathroom could benefit from some updating. That said, the overall experience was very positive. The service, atmosphere and location made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended overall.

Exceptional Service and Gorgeous Hotel!
My husband and I celebrated my birthday at the Anantara Plaza, Nice and from check in to our departure, our experience was absolutely flawless. Each staff member was so friendly and hospitable, offering their services with enthusiasm. Upon our arrival before check in was available we were invited to freshen up and relax in the spa. On my birthday, at breakfast I was feted with a surprise cake, candle and three waiters singing Happy Birthday to me! The General Manager then sent a gorgeous cake and beautiful birthday card to our room! The breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed both the outdoor roof deck and dining at SEEN bar and restaurant. The hotel is also perfectly located. If we return to Nice, we will definitely book our stay at the Anantara. Thank you for such a memorable experience. The Millers❤️

Great Stay In Nice
I recently stayed at the Anantara Plaza Hotel for a group trip to the French Riviera. The hotel is central to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was courteous and very accommodating.

Very disappointed and definitely not 5-star worthy
For a "5-star hotel" all the rooms I stayed in had mold in the bathrooms, stains on the wall paper, items like the TV that didn't work. I was transferred rooms three times and even the last room had mold and I simply requested a deep clean so I would not have to move again. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I would never have paid the amount I did to stay at this hotel and was very surprised this is considered a 5-star hotel. Every day, there was a new problem with the room - room service banging on my door at 1:00AM and getting the wrong room, stains on bed sheets, TV didn't work, the list goes on. Unless you get an incredible deal, do not waste your money staying here.
