Hyatt Regency Nice Palais De La Mediterranee

If you want to stay at the best hotel in Niće this is the place. From the moment I got there the staff was extremely helpful and nice and very welcoming. The entire place is fully renovated and everything is brand new. The room was very clean it was pretty much brand new because of the renovation. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was maybe the cocktail quality poolside it was just a bit below standard I feel for a place of that high quality and service other than that I would have almost nothing bad to say I love this place and would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée. The location is hard to beat. It is right across from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, with a bus stop just a block away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city, travel to the airport, or visit CAP3000. The Old Town is within walking distance, and there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it definitely shows. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property feels fresh, elegant, and well-maintained throughout. While the hotel is extremely busy during peak season, the staff handled our arrival very professionally. We arrived in Nice early in the morning after a long flight, and although early check-in was not immediately available, they stored our luggage and allowed us to freshen up near the pool area. They ultimately provided us with a slightly earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated and helped us unwind after our journey. Overall, a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location, beautiful accommodations, and attentive service. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Nice! Staff was great especially housekeeping. Location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. Pool and amenities were also good.

From the front desk to the concierge, restaurant, room service and house keeping staff, all were absolutely amazing. The property and service exceeded our expectations. My family and I would stay here every time we are in Nice. Special thank you to Noellie for helping us find a special item one of my children lost. We stayed at Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée last year and had a fantastic experience, so we were looking forward to returning. Following the recent refurbishment, I can honestly say the hotel is now in a league of its own. It has gone from being excellent to truly exceptional. The entire hotel now feels incredibly premium, with a real sense of quality in every detail. Our room was beautifully finished and very well equipped, with thoughtful touches such as a Nespresso machine, a premium kettle and a GHD hair dryer. Everything felt luxurious without being over the top. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Every single member of the team - from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping - was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The refurbishment has also transformed the gym, which is now much larger and better equipped than before. The location is hard to beat. You’re right on the Promenade des Anglais with the beach directly opposite, creating a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The Old Town is around a 10-minute walk away, the main shopping street and countless restaurants are just five minutes away, and the train station is only about a 20-minute walk, making it easy to explore places like Cannes, Antibes, Monaco or Menton. Everything about this hotel is first class. If you’re looking for somewhere special to stay in Nice, I genuinely can’t recommend Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée highly enough. We enjoyed this hotel so much we have booked again for next year.
