Wonderful hotel and right on the Mediterranean coast! Very nice staff and was very clean . We loved the pool setting and enjoyed breakfast with the perfect view every morning. We especially liked the iced tea infuser when they served our tea and would like to try to find it online but don’t remember the name . Hope you can reply to this review with the information. Thank you for a lovely stay in Nice!

Beautiful hotel with great views of the sea. Food was outstanding, staff were even more outstanding. Everyone seemed genuinely proud to work there and help us have an enjoyable stay. Absolutely recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Nice. The hotel staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, which made the overall experience very welcoming. Breakfast was another highlight — delicious and with a good variety, and service was efficient. My room was spotless and well maintained, and the location right by the beach makes it very convenient for enjoying the promenade. That said, the beachfront location comes with a downside: in the evenings, music from nearby beach restaurants carries into the rooms, which can be a bit disturbing if you’re looking for a quiet night. My only real disappointment was that, despite being a Globalist, I was not offered any room upgrade. It didn’t ruin the stay, but for a Hyatt property of this level, I expected more recognition of loyalty. Overall, though, this is a very good hotel with excellent staff and a prime location. I would be happy to return, hopefully with a quieter room and perhaps an upgrade next time.

For the price paid, I would expect better treatment from the restaurant staff. The hostess seated us at a beach-view table for dinner on our first night, which was lovely — but we did not request it. Then, an hour later, we were “evicted” from the table because it had been previously reserved by another party. We were moved to another, less desirable table, but it was embarrassing and disruptive. If we had been informed of the reservation prior to being seated, we would have asked to sit elsewhere, so that we could linger without interruption. We were, after all, on vacation! Rude, disorganized and unnecessary. The breakfast setup was confusing, and no one took the time to indicate the location of the buffet (in an inside room, apart from our outside dining area), offer us coffee/tea or otherwise attend to our needs. The restaurant wasn’t all that crowded, either. I had to flag down a waiter after halfway through eating my breakfast to ask for hot tea. This is NOT how an exceptional hotel treats its guests.

Was celebrating my fiance and my engagement, but was given one of the worst rooms facing the street. No ocean view and was woken up to drilling every morning for hours.
