Brilliant stay, service excellent, location superb
Beautiful hotel. Great service and friendly staff. The view on the Med at Breakfast is superb. Location great and easy to walk to the city centre. The room was always well cleaned and never had to call for refills or missing towels. Great 5 star standard. Special thanks to Ms Dorra at reception for a very warm welcome.

Great staff, disappointing facilities
The staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is in dire need of its planned refurbishment!

Not worth the price.
While the staff and location are wonderful, the rooms are old and outdated with stained rugs. This hotel should be classified as 3 star, not a 4.

Perfect stay, Excellent service
Do not miss staying at this amazing property. The staff is incredible and it was the best service we have had in a very long time. Try and get a beach view room because it is really nice having breakfast or a cocktail on your balcony while looking out at the ocean.

Can’t beat the location or service
Overall great stay! Can’t be the location. The service is great. Everyone is kind and helpful. David at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. Went out of his way to make our stay with an upgraded view. Love the partnership with Ruhl Plage across the street and wish they would play that up more as a benefit. Rooms need a bit of a refresh and wish the gym was larger. Only one restaurant and while it’s very good, it’s pricey. Loved our stay and it was the best way to wrap up our Europe trip.
