Excellent location and great service
Great location and service. We had the stunning view of Côte d azure and our room was very nice . The staff was very helpful and did everything they could to could to make our stay comfortable even though we had a heat wave found on in Nice

Lovely hotel, terrible beds
Beautiful hotel in a great location. But it has terribly hard beds. Think sleeping on a board with a thin (like half an inch thick) amount of padding on top. This is totally incongruous with the rest of the luxuriousness of the hotel. Very odd. Other than that (2 very bad nights sleep), the staff are very friendly and helpful and the pool area is beautiful.

The renovated hotel is beautiful. The staff were absolutely incredible. They went out of their way at every turn to ensure that we had a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and facility - sauna, pool, lobby, rooms We'd like to definitely visit again. One of the best Hyatt hotels I've ever stayed.

Excellent Stay, Amazing Service
We were some of the first guests after this hotel reopened under the Unbound Collection (still by Hyatt), and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The service was outstanding, breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great, and it was just overall an excellent stay. I have no doubt in my mind that I would return to this hotel in the future if visiting the area again, and have already recommended it to various people.
